bestmom - 21 Dec 2007Called at 8:53 wanting to speak to my daughter who is 19, when I asked who they were or what they wanted, she goes maam is she available, and I say this is my teenage daughter and I don't just let her talk to anyone and then they mentioned her bank...so I give her the phone but they were not there. When I call back the number it says it wants to offer a great deal on a mortgage but doesn't mention the bank number at all.

Debbie - 5 Jan 2008They call me every single day. When I try to call back it tells me I can leave my name and number and they will put me on their do not call list (I should be on the DNC list). This is very annoying. They call in the early a.m and in the p.m.

Sarah - 7 Jan 2008They keep calling for my husband (and can't pronounce his name anyway) and never leave a message. They call pretty much every afternoon and sometimes in the evening. According to my caller ID, they've called:
1/7 at 2:06pm
1/5 at 5:10pm
1/4 at 8:53pm and 1:54pm
1/3 at 5:43pm and 1:55pm
We are US Bank customers so that must be where they got our number.

hjs71 - 21 Jan 2008I received this call too, and I am also a US bank customer. They are selling a home warrenty program and charging it to my account. They stated that they have sent out the information for me to review and a number to call if I don't want the service and want to cancell it within the first 30 days, but no information or cancellation number has materialized. I am very curious to find out who this is...it's some sort of reverse marketing scam and I am dealing with a charge now...creeps!

hjs71 - 21 Jan 2008I recieved a call from this number...don't accept it. It's a reverse marketing scam. I am assuming US Bank sold my information since they had it on thier file. It was presented as a Home Warrenty program through US Bank and they sent out information for me to review. All I had to do was review the information and call to cancel...seemed simple enough..I would just cancel it. Then no information arrived, no cancellation numbers, nothing. Now I have a $40 charge every month on my US Bank account and have no way of cancelling it! I don't know who to be more mad at, US Bank takes my money to sell my information to every scam artist that will pay, or the scam artists.

Private for Protection - 22 Mar 2008interesting we received a call december 29 - not sure if we answered or not I am going through the caller id now researching all our numbers as we are on the do not call list and I am reporting all of them.
We are also a us bank mortgage customer however, there are not any unapproved charges on our current account (it is now March)-
