This caller said from the durg store  my drug store does not have a toll free number

It's an Internet drug store. They had my phone number, address, name, etc but I have never given the info to them.

Number phoned me 6 times in the space of 24 hours. When I finally picked up, a young-ish woman asked for "Fernando". I told her to get lost and no Fernando was at this number. She asked if it was the first time I had picked up, and unfortunately I said yes.

Two hours later, YET ANOTHER 866 number - this tie, 866-764-2798 called me. They have now called FOUR times in 24 hours.

WTF can we do to block these annoying calls?? They have persistantly called me every day for two weeks now! (excluding weekends)

Caller asked to speak to my wife (by her first name).  I told him she wasn't there.  He said that they were a medical supply co (she is in the medical field) and that she had answered an ad for an ED pump!   He also had her e-mail address, but it was an old one.

I was called today at work and a person identified themself as Natalie @ Life Quality Pharmacy.  She said she had my order and would go ahead an process it for me now.  I never gave them an order.  When I questioned about the order, she said if for my diabetic kit.   I'm not a diabetic.

They claim I must of gone on the internet and requested this kit.  Which I did not.  How they got my phone number and address, name, etc when I never gave out this information is scary.

Long winded telemarketer, tried to talk my dad into some kind of hydrotherapy gadget for his pain.

People, don't be so quick to attack.  Many times its not the fault of the company calling.  Let me explain.  I did some research.  I am a patient of Life Quality Pharmacy, formally with Liberty Medical, also a good company.  I went on the internet inquiring about impotence and wound up filling out a form indicating i wanted to have a company contact me.  I received a call within minutes, so i knew they were on top of things.  

I do know that these companies purchase information from possible surveys that could be filled out in a doctors office or something you received in the mail.  I know i once got a survey with a dollar bill in it and it asked about healthcare related info about any allergies i have or any medical conditions.  Many times we dont realize that companies sell this information and legitimate companies buy it to try and offer their products.

I was skeptical at first but received an ED pump covered under my Blue Cross though their company.  Very efficient.  they got my doctors prescription within 3 days and verified all my benefits for me.

I was impressed.  Check your sources but alot of these horror stories sound like information is missing.

Just a story from a happy customer.

Jeff too funny.  I just got a call around 9:15pm from this company.  I didn't answer the phone call but they left a message and it was a very professional recording stating i had inquired about medical supplies.  

I do recall doing this.  I did it earlier today from work.  I have back problems and inquired about a brace for my degenerative disc disease.  I also have a husband who is diabetic.  Now that i know Life Quality Pharmacy can provide diabetic supplies covered by medicare i will call them back.

Good news i guess

Thats a good review.  I got a call today and quickly googled the phone number.  The first reviews were skeptical but i realize now that people may forget what they signed up for and why they are getting calls.  I got a call this afternoon and for the first 5 minutes debated with the representative about not inquiring about urologicals.  Then i remembered my father in law was put on catheters when he was released from the hospital and my wife inquired online.  

Sure enough Katie reminded me of why i was being called and wound up handing the phone to my wife.  

I was very pleased at how professional the company was and their staff seemed knowledgeable.

God bless these people, i am very heavy and have suffered with my weight for years.  They helped my hip arthritis and degenerative joint disesase in my knee by getting my doctor approve this seat lift. It helps me get myself up from a seat.  What a blessing.  I also got my husbands breathing meds from them.  Great service, and also a pleasure.
