I answer they picked up

Missed their call, so I called back.  Immediately connect to generic voicemail with no name or greeting, which just happened to be full. VM system hung up on me.

I answered and no one was there.

Received several calls from 866-543-0864 this month, either hung up upon answering or VM full when called back.
Anyone knows what's going on?

Same thing. No answer and generic voice mail. I pay all of my bills on time, so I am not sure what this is.

They've called my cell twice. I don't answer unsolicited calls. No voice mail was left either time from them. When I call the number back, it says their voice mailbox is full and "goodbye" and it hangs up. I pay all my bills on time as well.

I sent the call to vmail since I didn't recognize the number.  They didn't leave a message.

They call me every single day!!!
I always miss it, but it is annoying!!!
I call back and get the generic voice mail as well!!!

I've asked Time Warner Cable to put me on their do not call list, but they keep calling my cell phone several times a day. They want to know what your other service providers are (i.e. cable, phone, internet) and how much you pay. They are very aggressive and don't take no for an answer.

The same as many others...I answer and they hang up.

Every single day I get calls from this number. They never leave a message.
What they do want?

I just got the call from this number today, on 10/21/08, tried to return the call, from a different number, and nothing.....

Same thing happened with me. I answered when they called and got disconnected. A very similar number called me like 8 times the day before (707-514-8496), and when I called it back the person answered and said "no hablo ingles" with such a fake accent it almost made me laugh, except for the creepiness of it.

I'm not sure if it's one of those numbers that racks up your phone bill when you call it back or what, but it's so annoying! I wish I could get rid of it somehow.

Called 3 days in a row now

Getting calls from same number almost everyday. No VM and when calling back, going to the VM with no space on it. Pretty annoying.

This stupid number calls me every single night before i go to bed! Its annoying and i'm very well annoyed
