Got this call but there was no ID. Message in both spanish and english just asking me to return call.

Called us and a recording had us wait for a live person.
Came on and asked for someone.
Said they weren't here and asked who was calling.
Said her first name only, "It's Donna".
Asked who she was with and she refused to tell me.
Told them not to call back or I would call the police.
(They've been calling at all hours for weeks!)
She raised her voice and interrupted me, continuously.
Told them not to call back or I would call the police or the FBI.
Hung up on her and she called right back.
Yelled at her and told her not to call back or I would call the FBI!
Hung up again.
Blocked my call using *67 and called back to see who it was.
It was Wells Fargo Financial.
She violated federal law by not identifying who she was or where she was calling from.

A woman identifying herself as Wells Fargo Financial called at 8:30 AM EST on NEW YEARS DAY.  This is the forty-first call I've gotten from different numbers associated with Wells Fargo even though the business they call about was resolved months ago.  

I'm pretty sure that calling at 8:30 on a holiday is a violation of law so that this is clearly harrassment.  The situation requires legal action and an attorney.  I suggest that you not fool around with these people if you start getting these calls.  ... Clearly bad news! .....

Wells Fargo Financial has thousands of numbers. They will call you if you are one day past due and continue to call all hours of the day up until 9pm at night even if you talk to someone. I regret ever dealing with these people. They are the only bank that didn't receive bailout money! It is because they are great at harassing people until they will sell their souls to stop the calls.

I get calls from this number all day long, at least once an hour, sometimes two and three times an hour. They are looking for someone named James Larue Jenkins, whom I know nothing about whatsoever. I have explained this to them on sevral occasions. I am going to begin to try find ways to block these numbers.

o yes they did recieve bailout money! ive got a mortgage thru them and im current, and they are harrassing me now!!!

Then what language do you speak fluently?  It's obviously not English!

Called my work number exison at 5:30 AM-Personal business calls are not allowed here.

call from 866 545-9091 they call and call but never leave message.  very annoying. I have to keep my cell on silence so have to return calls but because of all the cons out there I don't return calls unless they leave a name and number or I recognize the number.

Well, it is continuing, still getting calls on cell that started this morning, but no messages on voice mail.  If it is so important to harass me all day why can't they leave a message.
Have new phone but will certainly figure out a way to stop these 866 calls
