This is a total scam.  They called and said they were a debt collection agency.  They  sent me a email off their address so I googled it and there number.  Everything I saw was a scam.  They call and say that he a investigator trying to do a summons.   Huh.  Not payin a debt is no felony.   And that don't send the police to call.  

Yes, they called my mom and said that they were giving me 24 hours to pay or they were serving me a summons.  I called and Got some recording and that they were closed.  But, I had 24 hours to call them.

I've been getting these scam calls for two years now - I'm so over it.  I even changed my phone number because of them.

First off they call with no caller ID.  They threaten you with some sort of summons.  If someone is going to serve you with papers they certainly aren't going to call you and tell you exactly what time they are going to show up.  DUH! This is the case with these idiots.  They aren't even calling the right person but I wont give them the time or satisfaction.  It is very easy to get on your counties court records and in fact see if someone has some sort of case against you.  These people are using scare tactics to get you to call back.  HUGE SCAMMERS.  These collection practises are HIGHLY ILLIGAL.  

These guys are the scum of the earth! I am LAWYER not an IDIOT! DON'T CALL ME AGAIN WITH YOUR MADE UP BS STUPID TACTICS... OR I WILL SUE YOU FOR REAL!

Well if u just paid Ur bills u wouldn't be getting these calls think of that people
