Definitely Cogeco. This same number is printed on my monthly statement.

This is Cogeco. Chek your Cogeco bill and you will see it's the same number.

We don't have Cogeco in Wisconsin and these people are calling me. No idea who they are. They didn't leave a message either.

They called me like 3 times a day and I don't know who they are. They don't speak.

J'ai des appel de ce nom téléphone 866 553 1244 tout les 2a 4 jour sans raison et cela c fatiguant en du US  

Je reçois des appels De ce numéro au 2 jours pratiquement et je ne dois pas d'argent à Cogeco donc c'est pas ça, la personne ne parle jamais et ont entends des bruits derrière comme des bruits que l'ont entend dans une maison et non comme quand ça provient d'un centre d'appels.

Received a call from Dennis at this number claiming to be Wells Fargo, stating that we had unpaid invoices. (?) Wells Fargo would send a letter, not robocalls.  Called Wells Fargo and informed them, they are pretty certain it is spam.
