William Page called and left a message.  He can restructure my mortgage and help me work through my foreclosure.  I am to call him Monday through Friday  8:30 to 5:50.

Got a call from William Page from the "loan modification department"  stating that we are going into foreclosure (we are not), and they could "help us." Call came from wireless number 408-651-8145.  The 866 number is from some company called Kirkland Young, and it looks like a big scam.  Their website looks pretty fake.

My mom called and was concerned that a William Page and that he could help her with "foreclosure" (they are not in foreclosure either).  The number is also 866-554-3890.  When I tried to call the number from my home, it gave me a message about Kirkland Young.  The second time I called, I was hung up on.  This seems suspicious to me.  She doesn't have caller ID.

I got a call from the "Loan Modification Department" a William Page said he could help us restructure our loan because payments are a little bit behind and can help avoid going into forclosure.  Call him back at 866-554-3890 on Monday any time after 8AM.  It seems very phony- telemarketer like because he repeated the number about 5 times on the answering machine.  He failed to say which company he worked for and didn't specify which time zone the 8AM time applied to. We are not behind on any payments-- this was all left on the answering machine & seems VERY SUSPICIOUS.  I wouldn't be surprised if it's a scam!

I also just got a call on my cell from a William Page who says he's from the Loan Modification Department and can help prevent a foreclosure.  I am not behind on any payments either.  He repeats his information several times and says to call after 8:00 a.m. Monday - Friday.  The number shows up on my cell as (603) 214-3536 but on his message he says to call (866) 554-3890 during the hours that he specified.  I think it's a scam.

ditto...william page...foreclosure (which I am not)...called number which referred to Kirkland Young who I sat on hold for and finally hung up and then got online due to suspicion and found you all reporting the same info...total scam I'm sure.

I got a call from William Page, Loan Modification Dept. Said we could avoid foreclosure. Our mortgage is automatic withdrawl and isn't behind. I called the number back, the voicemail had a different name than William Page, that was my first concern. He didnt say what company, nor what time zone so that was a concern as well. The origional call came up as "New Hampsh Cal" (my phones caller id isnt that long so that might be short for something).

Got a call from William Page noting I am behind on my payments and they could re-structure the loan. Asked me to call back at 866-554-3890 at 8:00 a.m. tomorrow. Didn't specify company or what loan. I'm not behind on my payments and this is upsetting as he is calling a business number and my employees routinely check the messages. This guy needs to be reported immediately.

Received a voice mail on my work phone from William Page from Loan Modification Department stating he can help avoid foreclosure as our loan payments were late.  WE ARE NOT LATE with any payments.  The message stated to contact him immediately 866-554-3890.  I do not plan to call him back.  It is probably a scam.

Same scam as above. Not late, never have been. I hope he dies a firey death.Same spiel as above...calling on a Sunday night. William Page, saying they have a program to get our loan modified so we do not fall into foreclosure. Left his number 6 times. Die William Page, Die!

DELETED William Page's voicemail. He called my work number on a sunday afternoon. When this number has come up before on my work caller ID, as soon as I answer, the caller hangs up.

A message from William Page was left on my company's office Voice mail...saying we were behind in our loan payments (seems like a scam to me, since we don't even have a loan anywhere) This automated telemarketing system, is just setup to call phone numbers at random, out of a phone book or a purchased listing.

William Page called my daughter's cell phone.  She doesn't have a loan, she is just a kid.  How can I get him to stop calling?

I know that some of you are upset at the messages you got, but for us, we were RELIEVED to get that call 2 months ago. Noone- not even our bank was willing to help us.
We already had received foreclosure notices and if it wasnt for their help, we would not be in our home today. They dropped our interest rate from 11.25% to 5.25%- and while you may not think that's a lot, saving $623 a month has let my husband and I breathe again.
I have 2 kids, I'm a full time mom and just like you I hate telmarketing calls when i'm busy. But while it may be annoying, without that call I would be homeless right now. I just felt like i should say something for the people that helped us so tremendously.

Ya, William Page just got to the top of my list.  I am callin Uncle Frank on his Axx.  Uncle Franks crew is going to pay him a visit.

Called from so-called William Page. He left a message. !!! Same crap as most, above.  But look at Stacey T's response, 2 responses above. Even MORE fraud: a testamonial!  Where do I sign up? Die, scum! Up against the wall ALL OF YOU!!!

I got a call too!! Same thing--William Page--left a message and number 866-554-3890...I am not late on any payments either--glad to see I am not the only one!hmmmm Sounds suspicious!

We got the call also.  We are not in foreclosure or have late payments on anything.  William Page, 866-554-3890.  Phew!  glad not the only one, I thought maybe I had neglected some payment someplace.  But, also glad I know how to look for scams :-)
