Sara24 Apr 2008Ok so this number called me on my cell today and of course I didn't answer it. I'm not going to answer any 800 number or 866 number and if it's that important you'd think they would leave a message... but guess not. Anyone else have any info on who it could be?? I've searched all over the internet but I can't find anyone else who knows who it is. Ugh this is bugging the crap out of me. Anyway.Thanks.- I got a call from them today. They hung up when I answered. I'm at my job & didn't just answer "hello". I called them back & asked them who they are. In a harsh accent, he said something really quietly that I couldn't understand. I've proceeded to call them about 60 times throughout the day and keep them on speaker phone till they hang up. Finally one woman mumbled "please don't call & hang up any longer". She, too, had a strong accent. Seems like 3 people manned this line today(1/13/09) One guy didn't have an accent. I'll keep calling them & maybe they'll get the point if we all call them & bug the %$#@ out of them!

- Sara24 Apr 2008Number called me again today, called twice in one day so far, doesn't leave a message... I would really like to know who it is especially since they are calling my CELL phone. I'm sure it's a debt collection agency or something since they seem to be the ones who call people 6 times every day.

- Irritated25 Apr 2008Anyone know who this number belongs to? I can't find anything on them and they call me 2 or 3 times per day. I hate that we don't really have control on the scammers and debt collectors and telemarketers that call us... it's just not right and it's a huge pain in the rear.

I will write a demand letter for $7,500 to Richard D. Fairbanks in McLean, Virginia for violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

- Stretch7 Aug 2008I finally picked up this call and they were looking for someone who I guess used to have our number. We have a Capitol One card that is overdue, and after calling another place, found out that THIS number doesn't have that account. So I anwered the call to find out what they want.

wait for and important call. I did a women asked to speak with an
Andrew Colin, having had this number for nearly a year now, and this
person has not lived here, unless it was in the past. I told them
such and they apologized for the call. However I do believe this may
have been the 2 time they have called, so someone is not updating the
file of who ever they are looking for. - annoyedinAZ20 Oct 2008I did not answer but this is the third time I have received a incoming call from the number in question. I only have a cell phone, not sure how they acquired my number but there are several possibilities, of which, there are only a few I might have known of.. such as forms filled out, doctors visits, official documents.. etc. So where do we go from here? Who/what is the person/company responsible for the calls?
