Company is Liberty Property Services. They are helping with land I own in New Mexico. Sales Reps are very knowledgable about the area and land sales. We are moving towards closing after only 3 offers.

liberty property called my mother about 5 months ago to see if she was interested in selling her property in valencia county nm ,i decided to check them out they came up clean so i when ahead and gave them a try.to say im happy with the results is a understandment.they sold my property for 3k moe then i expected.thanks matt

i listed some property in lake county florda about 3 years ago.my asking prices was 95,000 negotiable,whith in the firt 2 months they brought me 3 offers but i turn them down because they were too low.after about 4 months of so i finally accepted a offer that was 89,500.the payment was sent to my address in the forum of a cashier check .closing only took 3 weeks.

i tried to sell my property in polk county florida on my own,i had no luck.so i decided to go with a advertisement company which was liberty property services.i met the owner (whos a very nice man) we talked for a few hours then i when ahead and gave them a try,i  mean after all what did i have to lose...to make a long story short they sold my property in 4 month for 2k less then i expected,but im still happy wiht the results.im planing to list 3 more property in polk in the near future!!

im going to say about 3 months a go i recived a call from liberty inregards to my property in lee county forida,they were calling me to see if i had a intereste in selling my property,i told them i would have to get back to them.so i decied to check them out with the bbb, they had zero complaints in the last 36 months.that alone conviences me theire a legitiment firm.so i decided to go with them.after about 3 weeks they brought me 2 offers,but since they were low i trun them down.after 5 month of listing with lps they finally brought me a offer that was just right.the sales reps at lps are very friendly and they answer all my question.i give them 4 out of 5 stars...

i also sold 3 of my property throw lps i worked with their sales rep matt he was very knowlegable and friendly he help me sell my property for a few thousand more then i expected.

i received a call from a guy name matthew from liberty property services,he explained everthing to me extremly clearly and understandable.
i decied to vistit man so i drove out to st.pete florda from ny to meet up with matt.once we meet he took me,my wifr and kids out to eat at red lobster he paid for the whole meal...very nice guy.after talking business with him for a few hours i decided to go ahead and give his services a try.i would say about 4 month later he sold my property for 21,500.im very  happy wiht their services..

matt is diffenlty a top notch guy,i sold one lot i owen in califorina for 31k about 7 years ago..i aslo work with matt

my friend received a call from matt one of liberty sales rep,he when with theire services and sold his property in 2 weeks,so after hearing about that i called matt up and when with him...he was able to bring me 3 offers in the last 30 days i still havent sold my property yet but im aslo wailting for a huge offer i let everybody know when that happens

liberty call me on 11/03/08 inregards to my property in fulton county,they explain to me they could sell my property in 90 days, so i went ahead and sign up with them.they were true to theire word my propery was so in 81 days!!! im very happy with theire services

I RECIEVED A CALL FROM LIBERTY PROPERTY SERVICES ON 9/14/08 IN REGUARDS TO MY PROPERTY IN SANDOVAL, NM. THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD SELL MY PROPERTY IN 90 DAYS. I HAVE TO SAY I WAS PRETTY SKEPTICAL ABOUT GOING WITH THEM BUT AFTER I CHECKED THEM OUT WITH THE B.B.B. AND GOT A GOOD REPORT FROM THEM AND I DECIDED TO GIVE THEM A SHOT. AFTER 35 DAYS I RECIEVED 3 OFFERS THAT WERE A LITTLE BIT LOWER THAN I WANTED SO I DECLINED THEM. AFTER 2 MORE MONTHS I GOT THE AMOUNT I WAS LOOKING FOR ($24,900) AND I GOT TO SAY I DIDNT THINK I WAS GOING TO GET THAT AMOUNT BUT THEY DID COME THRU FOR ME AS I WAS PROMISED. IT TOOK ABOUT 3 & 1/2 MONTHS BUT THEY DID SELL IT AND IM VERY SATISFIED AND THE CLOSING PROSESS ONLY TOOK ABOUT 2 WEEKS AND I HAD A SERDIFIED CASHIERS CHECK IN MY HAND FOR ($24,900) AND I WILL BE DOING MORE BUSINESS WITH THEM SHORTLY!   THANK YOU, LIBERTY PROPERTY SERVICES!!!

The phone # Libery Land Services gives out as a contact:  866-572-2879 and 866-565-8542 was dialed from 727-216-1776 and 1778.  Coments are not so great there.  SCAM!!!!!  I'd like to know how these people sleep at night.  Times are tough and no one is going to bail you out but yourself.

First note that a lot of these posts have a lot in common: non-capitalized names, poor punctuation, too many similar stories, time-frames are all very close, no one is putting their signature in the posting, and there are several typos. Most people will capitalize, punctuate with few typing errors, and leave their name in the post; there will always be a few who do not.

Research them, their past names, and the other numbers they use (see 727 numbers above); you may not like what you see. (I know I didn't.) There is no guarantee that these people will sell your property... They will most likely get a property assessment done at your expense (usually $500 or so) and if interested will be in touch with you, otherwise they'll leave you holding the bag with no results.

Basically, do your homework before getting too excited about the numbers they first tell you... $20,000-30,000+ may seem appealing but don't let them trick you into doing something you'll regret. Best wishes everyone!

SIR I WENT W/ LIBERTY ABOUT 4 MONTHS AGO AND I'VE SOLD 3 OF MY LOTS SO FAR. THEY CAME THROUGH ON EVERY PROMISE THEY MADE. THEY ARE SURLEY NOT A SCAM! I AM ABOUT TO LIST 3 OTHER PROPERTIES IN ARIZONA AND I AM CONFIDENT THOSE WILL SELL ASWELL!

There are way to many bootlicking posts about this outfit, not only here, but all over.  Red flags are popping up like popcorn.
