I have told them twice in the last year they have the wrong number and to please stop calling me. I also informed them that I am on the Federal and my States no call lists. Both times they said they were very sorry and would update their records.  The calls have started again. Three Strikes!

This is Sirius XM Radio, I canceled my service with them 2 months ago, because of the repeated calls from them wanting to know when I was going to renew my service with them. I told them each and every time about 15 in all, I was not going to renew with a company who does not employee American Citizens who can speak fluent English, I will not support US Dollars leaving our country. Now they call early in the morning between 6:00-7:00 AM and late at night between 10:00-11:00 PM...Great Company......

Sirius XM has a right to call their customers for promotions or whatever!, especially if they're trying to collect on a past due balance! They are not scammers and they are not calling to harass anyone...they are doing their job! For those of you complaining about their number being on a "Do Not Call List", quit worrying, this is a legit call from a reputable company!

Sirius XM may have a right to contact their customers BUT former customers are just that....former. They have no right to contact a previous customer ( in good-standing) for any reason. I understand they may want my business back but harassing me by phone is just going to annoy me. I also agree with the previous comment about non-English speaking employees...if you want my business, you had better hope I can understand your customer service reps.

I am a current customer with Sirius, two different vehicles. I don't one of them renewed and they can't take the hint that nonpayment for renewal means I don't want the service. I too am completely bothered by all the annoying phones calls and am seriously considering canceling my other vehicles service because of the annoying phone calls. Harassing me is not the way to keep my service!

It is Sirius XM Radio.  They called 5 days ago, I told them I NEVER HAD a stereo system that would enable Sirius and I DON"T WANT ONE.  That if they called me again I was contacting the BBB.  probably won't work, but if this keeps up, I am already keeping track of the calls times, names etc.  But then I have been assured the calls will stop today......Right and I'm a flying bald butt monkey.

this is Sirius - I've asked multiple times to get me off their call list.  they call my house, I give them the number they just called and said they don't have my number in their system.  how stupid is that?  the last guy said he was going to take care of it.  After paying 6k in additional taxes that the government already took out and a $300 hike per month in healthcare costs, the last thing I am going to do is pay to listen to the friggin' radio.  Stop it already.  Even if I won the lotto, I would never use Sirius again because of their stalking practices.

Write them a letter and demand they remove your number and stop calling. A cease and desist letter more or less. Tell them you will file complaints with the FTC & FCC and the BBB and follow through with a tcpa lawsuit if they don't stop. Send it via certified or return receipt mail and keep a copy that will give you proof you have demanded them to stop.  And follow through with it if they still don't.  Do keep logs of all the calls in a notebook and any messages on answering machine.  Look up your states recording laws, you can also record any conversations but some sates require you to notify them your recording.

They are calling near the end of a contract to renew the service. The only problem is... It's not mine. In addition to my own account with them, my number has somehow gotten attached to an account that isn't mine. Some poor schmuck is about to get disconnected from service because of a typo.

They can call their customers all they want but once a customer has cancelled the service and told the company to put them on the do not call list they then have absolutely no right to call.  Especially no right to call and ask for someone else who has never lived here.

I am no longer a customer, they do not have the 'right' to call me over and over again.  They inply you owe them money when infact you DON'T, to infer or imply that you owe them money and you will be in some kind of trouble if you don't Pay now is still a LIE and misleading.  All you can do is tell every one you know to stop using XM.
