lots of phone calls and even to my office...They suck ---k

Thinks that I am and answering service for a friend of mine.  Shelton leaves a message telling me that I am a reference that was listed for my friend.  Then tells me to call him at extension 3613.  I call them back and then tells me to tell my friend to call me back.  I tell them,"YOU WANT TO TALK TO HIM?!?!  YOU GOT HIS NUMBER?!?!  YOU CALL HIM!! DON'T CALL ME TO TELL HIM TO CALL YOU!!! Then hung up.

They didn't tell me I was a reference for a friend but when they left a message they started by saying it was a message for a friend of mine.  At the end of the message they said the message was for me.

keep calling and leaving a message for me to return his call and his extension number.  I don't know anyone associated with this number and I will not answer his call.

A friend, without my permission, listed my name as a "reference".  Got a call from Kela at 800 service ... 800-570-6963, asking for my friend ... told me to have friend call back at  866-570-6963 x 3603 ... said the company was ACS ... I knew my friend was looking for a job and thought that is what this is about ... Kela didn't correct me - so I just assumed it was a job or I would have told her never to call this number again.  Anyway, friend ... thinking that she had an interview, called this number and texted me that this is a debt collector.  I don't need any more calls!
