He is harrassing me about a relative that owes someone money.

got a call from this number saying that i was listed as an emergency contact regarding a civil litigation from 1999. i didn't even know the person in question back then, let alone this number was not listed.

These jerks called my stepmother in Pa. and my sister here in Va.asking to get in touch and threatening a civil suit.They give a case # and the name Taylor Hickman as the Atty. for the plaintiff.This is a B.S. bill collector trying to collect on an old debt that was paid off years ago.Don't fall for it!

Call starts with a robo-call fake " student loan " inquiry about a non-existent name...

Then the people ask who is calling, then claims there is a civil suit for that person if you give then a name.

I got a call from this number too and they said they had someone filing a civil complaint against me and i needed to call back within 24 hours. i called and he tried tell me that some "attorneys" were going to take me to court and go after my personal assets to make good on a debt. This debt was well over 9 years old- i told him to go for it and i would see him in court with my attorney- they would pay my court fees and it would cost more than what they were trying to collect, plus they were not following the state laws in texas regarding debt collections!!!

Does anyone know who the caller is?  My fiance just got a call, and i am a real invetsigator and i am not finding anything about this company anywhere.

I too would like to find out information about this phone number. A recording said the name of the company was Integrity Financial. A Mike McCoy left a message for me. Then I spoke with a man who called himself John Henry, then later called himself Jim Henry.
Very aggressive about a debt that is not mine. Threatened litigation from an attorney Jeff Gouldman.
I requested mail correspondence so I could get a mailing address and begin FTC complaint and possible litigation against the company for breaking the law. Didnt get an address from him.  Fair Debt Collection Practices Act of 1977 protects us from aggressive collectors who break the law.

I made the mistake of calling back and was harrassed for a debt that is not mine. The man made many claims and threats that were untrue and illegal. After I hung up the phone, he called me back several times in a row. I never gave him my number, so he took it off of caller ID. This is not a legitimate company.
I recommend NOT talking to these people on the phone.

This company just called my father in law, said they were looking for my husband told him they had a civil suit against him and that the sheriff was gonna be serving us with papers..My husband called back up there and they didnt even verify his ssn, just started telling him what we were being sued for after all of that they asked for his ssn but my husband didnt give that information, then they gave him the full ssn of someone else, my husband told them this was not his ssn, and the guy said okay well, i am sorry we have the wrong person...I know what the state laws are and this was against the law..I asked where this place was located at the lady said Atlanta GA.

they had called a friend of mine last night and left a message for her husband saying that he was a emergency contact for me - like they did before and that some one was looking to file a civil complaint against me. I called there last night and this girl got all in my business and asked why i cant pay my debt- i told her this was something i had taken care of years ago and it was a 10 year old debt- it was way past the statute of limitations- said said it starts over everytime some one touches the file. i told her she was wrong about that, she said she has done this for years and she cant believe i was irresponsable. She said do you have kids- I said that was none of her business- she said it is my business when you dont take care of your responsabilities. I ended the call and called back today- i asked for mike mccoy- i was told her was with the attorneys, i said what about monday- Jim Henry said he didnt know. I asked why was it very time i call i can never talk to him- was he legit? He said he is a busy man and is always working with the attorneys. I asked for his badge number then if he is a PI like they say he is. he said I am not giving you that if you dont identify yourself- i did and said i need a badge number - he said he wouldnt give it. I presisted and finally said he was ending the call. I called the federal trade commission and added to my complaint the other day and was given the State Attorney Generals number to call- this place is not legit!!!

These people called me as well today.  Asking for my sister and her phone number.  After I told him i didn't feel comfortable giving this information out he gave me the same story.  Investigator Snieder this number to call back and the case number.  The only difference is when he called me a different number showed up on my caller id.  This number was 678-373-4611.  this number is out of Atlanta, GA.

if you get calls from this number report them to the federal finance corp that has fbi and cia connections and they will investigate this.
Dont let them harass you?
Statue of Limiatations are in place for every state so if they call your number ...tell them sol in place and if they file action file and report they are in violation of sols.

Beware of this group as they are fishing for information on you. I reported them to Attorney General Office and she said freeze your credit accounts and credit history and don't give any info to this group. She said to report them to the Federal Finance Committee. There are so many complaints on this group;. Beware

My mother received a call from person asking information on me. He was very rude and abuseive towards my mother. He told her to have me call 866-571-7616 and referenced the "case" number he gave her. He said it was important legal matter I needed to call him back on or I was facing jail time. Knowing I have had no legal trouble I called back, without giving him the "case" number to inquire about what his company does. His response was he knows who I am and they have all my information. If I was wanting to know what his company does with all the information they have on me that I was "fooling myself" and he hung up the phone.

My wife got a call from this number. Threatened her with legal action on a old paid debt. Called himself Director Reed AKA Chief investigator. Wanted banking information....Be careful...

Good thing, don't call back. They are phishing for info.
