This number calls me all hours of the day and night. Sometimes I get as many as 15 missed calls from this number. My boyfriend answered a call which was made while I was in class and the lady was rude to say the least. She blatantly called him a lier and stated that she will make decisions based on my behalf without my consent. She would not reveal why she was calling or what the call was regarding.

I received a threatening message from this number and first it was a man's voice and stating he was from this company Sims and Assoc and then he goes on to state if this is not the (name he was asking for) then to hang up?? Now he is calling my phone and I am not the person he is asking for but why would I hang up till I found out who and why they were calling and talking like they were from some mafia and getting to ready to come to my house!!!! I then proceeded to call the number back and a girl answered by just saying hello, and she was very nice however I only know this is a debit collector of some kind and advised her this was the wrong number and she said she would take my number out of the system so we will see how many calls I actually will now continue to receive

Unwanted call from man calling from 866-572-4858 who has name but asks for someone else.  I am going to report to law enforcement if called again. I believe this person up to no good.

I keep getting calls from this number looking for a person that does not live at this residence.  Don't know how they got my number in the first place, guess my name was close enough to the person they were looking for.  I called to have my number removed from their records and got the run around and then disconnected.  I called back and talked with a Jessica and she indicated that she would remove my number from their records, but that it would take up to 72 hours to stop the calls.  We'll see how this works out.

These bottom feeders don't get it when they call a wrong number. They call all hours and hang up never leaving a message! I called back and spoke with ms Chatterly yea right. So I will spend the next day calling and calling till my number is removed.

A Mr. Sam Teller 1-866-572-4858 called my job asking to speak to HR wanting to ask for me. I asked them several times to have them remove my work # from their call list and they still call. They are still calling me what for what!!! I have no binding contract with you do not call me.

im a teenager and this number calls me all day and all night at least twice a day. I have answered the phone many times, and either they don't say anything, keep repeating "hello? hello?", or harrass me and I'm only 13, and they say some pretty rude things. it's ridiculous. I believe it's a collection agency. I suggest blocking the number.

866-572-4858 is the phone number for a collection agency called Applied Bank Credit (probably one of many names they use) under SIMM ASSOCIATES. The reference to 'bottom feeders' is too kind for these people. Immediately after I told them the person they wanted did not live here they called again.

I spoke with Simm ASSosiates all the way back in July 2013(the 19th at 8:30PM to be exact...) and told them that the person they were looking for isn't at this number. Today, 16-Sep-2013 at 5:40PM they called AGAIN looking for the same person. I told them AGAIN that he is not at this number. LESS THAN 5 MINUTES LATER THEY CALLED AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!   WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!! When you call them out on it they get defensive (bitchy really) and try to justify the fact that they are calling again. They gave me some lame excuse about it being used as both a cell number and a home number and that was why the robo-dialer they use called me twice in 5 minutes.

I don't know the name of the person I spoke with first, but I next spoke with a Nichole White and then to a Jessica who would not give a last name. They both pretty much hung up on me and didn't want to answer my question about the legal responsibility of verifying the facts.

This number calls a LOT.  I finally called them, and spoke
to "Sharon Hughes."  She *promised* they would remove
my number from their call list.  They're calling for someone
who had my number years ago.  [I got my number in '08,
and have been getting debt collection calls for two women
ever since then.]  I'm not holding my breath, but let's see
if they really stop calling...

I notified him that I do not authorize any contact point with family members about any alleged personal matters. He tried to "verify" information and brushed aside my statement.
