They call me talking about some claim or whatever and whoever calls mumbles the company name and its sooo hard to hear what they're saying!

and when u call the number back, the say "(can't understand) Associates" so you don't even know who is calling you!

not to mention when ur on "hold" they play music for like 30 seconds then out of nowhere its silent...ANNOYING!

Simm Associates is an aggressive debt collection agency located in Newark, DE.  They have a horrible reputation for hounding clients for payment of debts for which they have no documentation.  They will start with cell phones, then contact you by mail, then move to land line harassment.

You may contact them by mail (certified, return receipt requested)and order them to cease and desist the phone calls.  If they continue to hound you, contact your state's Attorney General, the FTC and a good lawyer.  You have a slam-dunk lawsuit against them.

They call about debts that have been charged off. I want to leave them charged off.

They can be aggressive as they want but my cell phone automatically reject their calls, and for the voice mail, just delete it. That's it.

Got a call from a company called Client Services. Looks like some high and mighty group. Any imput on them ??

Received a phone call from 302-283-2800 asking for Autum Wallace. I told the woman that she had the wrong number. Received another call, a man left a message for Autum Wallace asking her to call him back at 866-572-8791. I called back and yelled at a couple of people to stop calling me, I am not Autum Wallace and I do not know who this person is. Very annoying!

They identified the company as SIMS Associates. Never heard of them until now!

Called about a $15 medical bill that I paid more than 3 months ago - directly to the Dr.
Called my Dr.'s office who confirmed I owe nothing. I told them about this company and their tactics - that I continue to get calls 3 months after the bill was paid (I did pay it in 60 days). They said they've been getting so many complaints the office manager is going to fire them.

Got a letter from Simm Associates about a debt that I do owe. Lists this # to call them if you need to discuss payment options. Will be calling today.

They've been calling me for a few weeks now, looking for Angela Hancock. I put them on my list of rejected calls, but it's still annoying to see a voice message from them just about every day. The number is (866) 572-8791

When i asked the guy what he was calling about, he said "im going to disconnect this call, the calls will continue" and he hung up on me. I have no idea who he was or why he was calling. All i did was ask him what he was calling in regards to before i told him my name, and he refused to answer my question. Hung up on me. Clearly not important if he wouldn't tell me why he was calling. Just annoying he said "calls will continue"  like if you're going to call me, tell me why you're calling. Don't call me, not tell me who you are or why you're calling and then threaten to keep calling me. So everytime this guy calls me he's going to not tell me why he's calling and hang up again?

Thank you for the information. I just received a call, at work, with some type of debt collection that i am not aware of. The call came from the same phone number.
