I got the same treatment as the others mentioned in these weblinks.

Received a vmail msg from a very young sounding female stating it was very important I return her call @ 800-864-6033 regarding a "file" they have on me.

This number called me at 6:02 in the morning. Isn't that illegal?

They call before 8:30 am EST...am filing a complaint

I got a call at work from Simm Associates about a debt. Who are these people?

Do not call this number - There have been numerous calls looking for someone who has no relation to this company and number and the callers are rude!  I will file a complaint the next time.

I will make it legal.

Very rude individuals

They keep calling asking for someone else who never lived here.  Thank goodness I have the privacy director feature to my phone which intercepts calls not recognized as normal calls.  I ended up calling this Simms collection agency back and asked them to remove my number off their robocall lists.  They said it will take 7-10 days for the calls to stop coming in.  We shall see.

i got calls from this number at 8 in the morning, 3 times

This number calls my home 10 times a day. I have babies, and these people are looking for someone that dont live at my home.

They call early or late, it's 8:47pm EST and they just called me. In the past I've gotten calls as late as 10pm.

I have this number blocked and for some reason its getting through my phone.  I have repeated to them not to call and cease and assist.  Obviously they don't know what this means

called at work  just a recording saying your call is very important to us please hold for the next agent  never did get on line  I just hung up

the caller is a sex offender looking for child to answer. dont pickup the phone.

Receive calls from this number daily. It comes up on the caller ID as, I kid you not, Dumbbuts. Odd for a Debt Collection Agency.

How do you know? Do you have any idea who it is or their information? If so have you contacted LE?
