This is a call to collect a debt from Linda Mason with Simm Assoc.
No idea why I got this call.  I don't have any debt but my car and my mortgage.

I was called by this Simm Assoc.  saying that  I wa called a liar by malcome one of there reps. I am filing a report to the FTC. Because there is no way that talking down to people is the right way to  talk.

These people call me daily and refuse to stop. They are looking for someone named Brad and will not accept the fact that my name is not Brad and there is no one here by that name. I was told that I was hiding him.

I received a call from this place, saying that my name had been given to them as a contact.  They will not tell you anything.  How can I stop these calls?

Who ever this man was he was very rude.I tried to tell him this is not who he is asking for and that I am cd and my last name. But he accused me of lying and when am I going to start paying my bills. I again told him that this is my phone  and that I do pay the bill and that is call is not wanted and that I am once again not who he is asking for. I finally had to just hang up as he was rambling on about this is on three way but I did get in that I was going to do all in my power to make sure they or someone knows he is the liar. That I am in fact NOT who he is asking for. That it is a fact they he has the wrong number. And I will log all the  calls. HE WAS VERY RUDE! And if you read this post. You know who you are from this number!!! YOU ARE RUDE!!!

You must tell them cease and desist or I will sue . . .

Calls me about 3-4 times a week even though i told them to stop

These people are a major disruption at all different times.....Looking for a man named Christopher...will NOT stop calling....will get Verizon to block the number, hopefully this will help.  Have been keeping a log....next stop...Lawyers!

Would like this number to stop calling me!  Tey are calling my cell phone that I have no idea how they got with it being on the do not contact list

Called my company phone number??? I did get the opportunity to "out-rude" the woman (no lady) before I hung up in her face. I hope she starts calling back regularly. I work for a major oil company that has excellent security in place, that I'm sure would'nt mind taking these pests on.

for going on 3 years now this area code has been calling my number asking for this Ivan Churkov, whom I am no where near being, but every week since then this 866 area code keeps calling, they never tell me who they are, and every time i ask they say "if you aint ivan im not tellin ya who i am"

They called me too. Looking for John........ I called them back and told them to remove my # from their list and if they didn't I would call them back and harass them.   AFTER A FEW  calls to them and after I told them I would not stop until them took my number off their system. Low and behold they got the message loud and clear. They removed my # and I haven't heard from them since.  Seems like they have all the time in the world to harass people but don't have time to be harassed. Try doing to them what they do to you. It works.

they were looking for some guy called daniel robinson. i told them i'm not daniel and i was not even american (apparent just from my accent). it is just plain silly as I have my cell phone number for over 10 years.

I got a call from this number on January 2nd at 3:51 p.m. They left no message. It seems they are looking for my former roommate. They called again and said they were from Simm Assoc. and trying to collect a debt and if I were Ms. _________ then hang up. I ignored the message on my machine.

oops! I didn't check my typing! The next to last sentence should read "and if I were NOT Ms. ______ then hang up."

Have been receiving the same calls. Stating they had an urgent matter to discuss with me. Stated she was calling on the behave of Sims and associates. Never heard of them. I don't have a loan out with any one so how they got my number seeing I'm on the do not call list. They have been calling at least once a day.
I have never co-signed for anyone so this has got to be a scam.

yah I keep getting phone calls from these pricks and they 99.9% of the time never leave a message and judging from reading these posts I have missed quite a harrassment due to the fact I have called ID and shows up as unknown caller with their number that pops up! BTW if you simms associates think you can call me at anytime just to harrass me think again as you are blatantly ignoring the do not calls and the name calling you have another thing coming, knowing you are a 3rd world party company bidding for overdue accounts....get a life I don't deal with morons who accuse and lie to get their way! I know your tactics in trying and honestly making people feel bad will only come back to you 7 fold cause karma is a major pita!

yah its not surprising that they are rude cause they are trained to be in order to collect on a debt...they are a third party company that puts in a bid for the bill and thats about it....so yah they are going to do whatever it takes to get money from you no matter what! Does make it right hell no, but thats how they run a business whether its right or wrong!
