This firm identifies themselves as Natali Law Offices.  They are attempting to collect an unpaid debt.  A search of google yields no such firm, thus this firm may be misrepresenting itself as a law firm.  If anyone has further information on this "law office" please post.

They claim to be from Natale Law Offices. It's actually a collection agency posing as a law firm. They're just trying to scare you. They called me and all I said was "She is not here at the moment can I take a message" and told them I was the mother and asked him what the concern was, the "lawyer"(as he claims to be) was very unprofessional with his choice of words and it sounded like an 19 year.

They call up threatening to take you to court send unsubstantiated documents and claim to be a law office in fact they are a collection agency!! I have reported them to both Canadian and American authorities and have file a harassment charge in both countries they are acting under false pretense and law suits against may be pending they are now under federal investigation.

I've gotten this call on my display too and am wondering which collection agency it is.

got one today...'it is in my best interest to return this cal by 4pm, or else'.  Or else what?.  I work during the day. Buzz off.  They even call on Sundays... isn't that against the law?

I got a call today on my cell phone and they said the same Law Firm but the phone number was 1-888-653-1524.  JUst be careful

I'm willing to bet they are really Collect Com Credit, a low end/rate collection agency who has been calling us lately about a TD Visa debt that was suppose to have been all worked out with TD - last year! They're last message to us was that further action was going to be taken upon the account. I guess this is the action - a fake law firm??? Lovely. They hardly sound professional with their recorded voice message and filled in names and numbers with different sounding voices. It actually sounded quite sarcastic. How tacky.
Shame,shame on TD Canada Trust for stooping so low that they would sick a bottom dwelling misrepresenting collection agency such as them, after us.

I got a call from this supposedly law office and the caller display only showed the "416" area code....so beware.

It would appear, I too have just recieved one of these calls.  They've indicated they have sent out correspondence to our home & yet we have recieved nothing.  Someone who identifies themselve as 'Matt Walsh - lawyers assistant from Natali Law Offices in Markham, Ontario' who was kind enough to leave their message & report number'

From past experience through 'citi cards' - credit cards are an 'unsecured' line of credit - which means they cannot touch a single asset.  The only creditors that we need to concern ourselves with are those that are 'secured'.  So they can threaten all they want ... I now know what they can and cannot do from past experience.

Perhaps its time to have a little 'fun' at their expense & teach them to take a flying leap!!

I have received 3 calls from this agency on my new phone #. I just moved 2 weeks ago and I am unlisted. They are looking for someone I have never heard of but I have noticed the file # was different everytime they call. I am a police officer and I can tell u that they cannot intimidate, threaten, or misrepresent themselves to you. If you tell them to stop calling you they HAVE to stop. If they continue, contact a civil lawyer for advice on how to proceed. You might have a valid harrassment complaint, record conversations with them and save messages as your proof. Good luck!

Everyone here is soo correct. This company is scum! And they try and get you to confirm your address. Don't give them any information.

Received a similar call with CID as only "1416" caller left no name and the standard "urgent business" type message with 866 number, extension and reference number...and she mumbled.
There is a completely bogus looking website (registered last year) at http://natalelawoffices.com/ Supposedly the site of a Deanna Natale (who may be a real person and maybe even a real lawyer) The numbers on the site is unlisted but are based in Unionville (about the right place)

Suggest everyone involved send in a formal complaint to the Law Society of Upper Canada keeping copies of all her correspondence with her as submission evidence of professional misconduct.

this firm continues to call my home number.....they are asking for my now 5 years ago ex son inlaw.  He continues to use my phone number as his contact number....how do i get them to stop calling?  I have as yet not talked to anyone....they are on my call display when i get home from work...i call them back but there is no answer.

I received an automated call from this "law firm".  They did not identify who they were caling, all they left was a reference code.  I am not calling back people who do not identify who they are.  Any idea if they truly are a firm or if they are a bunch of hustling bill collectors?

They phone early in the moning. Last sat. for example. They left amessage today saying i should clear up this matter. They do not conduct themselves as a real Law firm would. O well.

Yes, I have & am receiving, calls, & threats from them. They are Bogus, rip -off artists, & the letter & firm they have been contacting me with is Arrow Financial. Any one heard of this firm. Could be one of many, this bunch of smucks is so, deceiving, it makes one want to laugh & pinch yourself to see if your still on earth or on D-6 Dianna Droid  "Planet Of Misfits". Yes they need to be stopped, & held accountable for their under handed practises, & threats to many Canadians. Time to send all these letters to all Parties in Ottawa (especially The Liberals) where her Mom is still a member. That will get some results, from the endless pages on web sites, or just send all the horor stories to your MP.

I use to receive calls from the 1-866 number. I asked them to take our name off their call list and they did.  Now, the same company is calling me from another number. The number they are calling from is 905-413-8624. I usually receive the calls between 5:30 and 6:30 p.m. and I find them to be very annoying and intimidating.
