this is a debt collection agency for sears...

how is a debt collection agency for sears? i have no debts through sears.. .i don't even shop at sears

I am getting calls from this number repeatedly and they are claiming I owe Sears $1200 and want immediate payment over the phone.  I did buy a refrigerator from Sears in 2000 and paid it off in early 2006.   On my credit report it indicates that there is $0 balance due.  They are demanding payment and want me to provide a receipt proving payment to show that I paid this debt in full.  They haven't proven to me that I owe this money.  I don't know about them but I've never gotten a receipt from a credit card company before, so I am ignoring the calls.  I havent' gotten a bill from Sears in over 2 years as they automatically deducted the payment from my account until satisfied.

I get calls from this stupid number and always looking for someone that I have no idea who they are!

I have received about 2 calls a day from this number also saying that they are Craig Jensen or Jebson.  What I can't understand is how they got my work phone number.  Very frustrating.

I've been getting calls from this number. A so called Steve of Living Edge.
First, he asked for David.  There's no David in my house, so I said he had the wrong number. He called right back and very aggressively asked, "well, if you don't know any david how come you're paying for his bills?"
Of course I took down his 'info' and told him I'd call him back.  As I suspected, I'm not in any way connected to Living Edge, and as far as a David goes, I don't know any david.  IRRITATING

Iam getting calls from this number stating they are representing HSBC bank. They would not send a statement to me. I was also threaten that I would be sorry if it goes furthur. they wanted payment in full when I said I cannot afford they offered to take a one time good faith payment of $50.00 and in a week the rest paid in full. After I would not agree they hung up. How are they getting peoples phone number and calling representing different companies? The number on the caller Id is 1-866-577-8402.

I have been getting calls from Craig Jensen for a couple of weeks. Please call me this call is important. Why don't I beleave him. THe number on the caller id 1-866-577-8402 toll free number.

These people have called my work everyday even though I work at night and they call my cell phone at least 2-3 times a day. They left messages about needing to update my social security info and needing to discuss some documents. Unrelenting.

They have also gotten my work number and call both my home and work repeatedly!  He says his name is Craig Jenson.

I get them on my mobile as well, I dont answer at all. my VM answer but yet they keep calling back--hoping to get someone. My VM( well I dont have one) you would think the idiots would give up

I received an automated message at work from "Craig Jepson" calling from this number. I called back and spoke with a woman. She did not give her name. She said she was trying to reach Chris Roswick and repeated my work phone number back to me. I told her I don't know Chris Roswick. She told me it was a case of a wrong number.

Later that day, I got a second call listed as "Unavailable." When I answered, I heard the same automated message from Craig Jepson. I called back immediately and made it clear I did not know Chris Roswick and would not tollerate another call to my work number. The woman I spoke to was curt, but said it would not happen again.

I received several calls from this company, they do not leave messages, and today someone called and just laughed over the phone and hung up. This had better stop, otherwise I might take legal action, as I have never had a Sears Card, nor have I shopped there for over a year. The only thing I buy there is my work shoes, and I usually pay cash, never a Debit Card or Credit Card of which I have no credit cards. I am tired of this nonsense. I am on the "Do-Not-Call" Government list, so it had better stop, otherwise will turn them into Federal Trade Commission.

Same issue as all others. They called my cell today and when I called back they said they were looking for some "Mary" - very weird. This looks like a scam to me after reading all the posts above. Somebody should put a public interest litigation against these scam artists. Please make your family & friends aware of this people.

This guy "craig jepson", keeps leaving messages that it is urgent that I get back to him (he tries to sound menacing). Now that I have been lucky enough to find this site with all the other folks who have been harassed by this scam artist/company, I will complain to the FCC.

Mr. "jepson", I hope you are reading this message, you despicable con artist.

FRAUDULENT CALLS! IT'S A SCAM! they ask for updated info on social securities and debt collection etc!

The are a collection agency, this time working for Fingerhut to collect a bill that was paid in full many years ago..

Just got a message from Craig Jensen.  Good thing I googled the # and found out it's a scam.  The [***] ...

Whoever this craig jebson keeps calling me. I don't even answer and he keeps leaving voicemails at least 2-3 times a week. This makes me so angry because he is calling my personal cell phone number. I hope they get this guy!
