yes, we've been getting calls from this outfit for about a year also from "Vincent Gray" to a line that we never pick up on, goes straight to answering machine. thanks for the link to the collection agency to request they stop calling. we have outstanding credit and no debts! hope they will stop now.

This Vincent Gray better stop calling and leaving messages.  That is why I am reporting it to you!!!

Collection agency trying to collect from a defunct business that had this number about 2 years ago.  Very anoying.  Have told them it isn't who they are looking for but they continue to call.

This had better stop the phone calls from Vincent Gray at 866-577-8407.  They call constantly, even 8:30 on a weekend morning.  I am also going to follow up with the Better Business Bureau because apparently, this company is harassing too many people.

Calls almost everyday. I let the answering machine pick up. I want them to stop.

This number called my cell phone. They left a message saying is a collection agency trying to collect a debt. Very annoying...

Calls twice a day and no one is on the other end. Always during nap time too! Please stop calling!!

Re ieved a call from them today.  The recording was so fast I did not understand what they were saying.  All I heard was debt agency.  If they can find my phone number they can find my address.  Send me somthing.  Stop calling.  Oh and BTW,  we have NO outstanding bills!

We get several automated calls from this number daily. It's not a person, just a machine repeating the number 866-577-8407. When I called them to tell them to stop calling us, they said they have no record of our phone number...

All calls are computer controlled. Most agencies will call multiple numbers (auto-dialer) at the same time in an effort to get someone to pick up a phone. If you pick up the phone, say hello, and you are lucky, your call will be transferred to an actual agent. Otherwise, your call will be transferred to a machine which provides you with an automated response. This is why you hear the long delay before anyone says anything. It usually takes me 7 to 10 incoming calls to get an actual agent. Usually, I can call back from the same phone and their automated system will recognize my phone number and link my call to the account of the person they are looking for and I can get them to stop calling. I just wish there was a law to limit the number of debt collectors that they can hire to collect on the account of the person they are looking for because the calls just keep coming.

Company keeps calling us and it is always automated message. We are not in debt and have never been. Using the link posted by E Miranda, we just filed a request to stop the calls. We do not believe they will stop given how aggressively they call during early morning and late evening hours as well as on the weekends and even Thanksgiving holiday
After submitting the request to stop phone calls a reference number was provided. We do not trust it will be in much use. We are thinking of taking a legal action against this company. Have anyone considered it?

Got a call from this number just a few minutes ago. The only debt I have is to my bank, and they wouldn't be involving a debt collector because my loans aren't delinquent. Stop calling me, morons.

I wonder if any of you realize this is a scam? If this was a real dept you owe? You would receive a letter in the mail with a settlement amount. I have read various accounts online of people saying this is not their dept. Do not give these people your personal info and anyone saying contact them, is full of [***].
