They said they are dish network

Is is possible to tell us what they did to you?
They have been calling us almost every evening.

I called. It was chinese language. Wan not Dish Network O_O

They say they are agents of DIRECTV located in MD. Sometimes they say they are Yesmobile and sometimes they say they are CVI. They offer very attractive deals and promise they can help to disconnect TV services from Dish Network without penalties. But once you sign a contract with Directv, they deny what they promised and cheat to you over and over.

I called the number they gave me (1-866-580-2972) and asked where is their company address and what is the company's name. They never told me. When you call this number to complain, there is only a operator who takes your call, and he/she never transfers your phone.

They are obviously scammers.  Why doesn't the police do anything about them and shut them down?

That exactly true, I had the same bad experience, adn paid more that 100 dollars early terminations and later cancellation fee to Dishnetwork. This company is big, big cheater, don't believe whatever they said. Drect TV and dish network are both investigate this fraud. You should report your case to dish network and direct TV dispute department and let them to investigate.

I am almost going to start the processing. Their offer and promise is just exactly like Joshua said. I had the feeling: if something too good to be true, in most case, it is not true. Glad I checked and glad Joshua and Cathy shared their story. I did call TMS office and no one answer the phone and voice mail box is full--sould be filled with complain messages.

Do not trust the call from 1-866-580-2972 claiming good deals. They are liars.

A man named 'He' called me in August, 2009 and gave me a great deal on Great Wall package of dish network.  He spoke Chinese.  I signed up and  when I got the first bill with 2-month charges, the deal is not there.  I called them immediately and was told the deal will start from the 3rd month.  After I receive the 3rd month statement, no deal, and when I called them, the operator just said no person named 'He' there.  

I learned my lessons and won't trust any telemarkers.

I am glad that I googled this 1 866 580 2972 phone number before proceeding with the deal.  The sales guy named Mr. Ma has been calling my house several evenings.  He gave me his "employee code" 689, sounds like a real company, right? But he delibrately hided the fact that he was selling Direct TV services, instead he stated he can "upgrade" my DishNetwork equipment for free, and lower the monthly about 30%.  Do NOT fall into this trap!!!  And thanks for everyone shared their experience.

They just got me two weeks ago and now I am in a 2 year contract with Direct TV for 36.99 a month instead of 9.99 a month like they said for the Chinese Jade World program. Can anyone tell me how I can cancel it?  

They keep telling me that someone will call me back in 48 hours but i have been waiting for 7 days. :(

Don't believe them. They are liars. Just don't talk to them if they call you again.

Direct TV dont care about. we need to go call "Federal Trade Commission" report them as Direct TV or Dish Network for whatever companies you concern. because they use fake identities. one can not solve it but many will.

I received some many calls from these guys. My caller ID never showed their #s. A Mr. Li almost talked me into cancelling Dishnetwork and switching to DirectTV today by offering 29.99/mo HD programming and $100 credit etc for 120 channel package. I'm glad that I asked for his tel# before agreeing to give my personal info., and I googled this # (866-580-2972) and found so many complaints. I wonder where they get paid for all their efforts (they worked really hard!)

I wish I saw this before I signed the contract. Now everything is too late. I was promised a monthly fee of 22.98, but the first bill came out and it says 52.98. I called that number immediately, but they suck. they said there is no any deal. I asked to talk to the sales person that I dealt with, but they said they could not transfer the phone. I trusted the sales lady because she called me at least 20 times and even emailed me to explain the package and how the promotion price works. I am so stupid to trust her....

I was fooled by a Chinese guy, his name was Sky Wong.  His number was 1-866-580-2972, extention 671.

Now I have to pay $42.48 a month to Direct TV for the next 24 months, instead of $31.00 to Dish Network.

THIS IS A SCAM !!!     THIS IS A FRAUD !!!  

I believe Direct TV is responsible. They deal with criminals.  I have filed complaint to FTC already.

Sorry to hear all of those. I'm a new employee of this company. All I can tell u guys is that the company is not a fraud, we agent ADT, DTV, Dish and mobile services, and their's a recall process of checking to prevent we sellers from fading ur order. I think the only way it become a fraud is that some of u got convinced by a bad seller to lie on the checking process so u can get a low price just as they told u. pls call the number to report the seller and sorry again. Or u can tell here, I'll keep eye on this site.
