    Keeps calling, picked up once and just said hello -- not the usual business name greeting. They asked if this was still (name of business) and I said no. This was the first time I answered, all other times they called but did not leave messages. I have no idea what they do. Caller ID reads "800 Service."

    Got a call from this number yesterday and my receptionist took a message, they claimed to be AT&T telling me my 12 month term is up....which it is not.  I called back anyway to see what he ("Steve") had to say and the ext given (#8903) keeps going to voicemail. Go figure.

    Interesting, I got a call and they told me it was Qwest. I have a dedicated Qwest rep that I work with regularly. He's sending me an email with his contact info. We'll see who they really are.

    The company is www.us-network.com. They're basicaly a reseller for AT&T, Qwest, Etc. They don't offer anything more than what is available to you already. The guy I talked to didn't understand much about the telecom industry. Sounds like they are just looking for a quick sale. I personally would just go to the source and leave out the middle man.

    A caller (Rick at x8911) talked to one of our credit managers telling us that we were paying someone elses account through AT&T and that we should call them to figure it out.  I personally handle all of our communication expenses and validated the information..  Basically the guy lied to get us to call him back.  

    Word of warning - do NO business with a vendor who deals in this manner.

    They call claiming to be with your local telephone company or cellular company trying to sell you a package on your long distance / local service.  After contacting my local phone company, I was informed that US Network is NOT affiliated with them and does NOT have permission to represent them. I called US Network back and confronted them, they called me every nasty word in the book and hung up on me.

    US Network is an Authorized 5 Star Solution Provider for AT&T, NOT A RESELLER!  We have been in business going on 20 years.  We have never had a "Rick or Steve" work for us in the call center and we don't have an extension 8891 or 8903, so I don't know what the above comments are refering to.  The information we receive from AT&T is what we use to contact AT&T customers to offer "AT&T Only" services.  If anyone has issues regarding our services or offers feel free to contact us directly, and we don't hang up on customers.

    I spoke with Krissi at US-Network and she was VERY pleasant and VERY helpful.  She knew exactly what was going on with my account and helped my Company lower their monthly line rate and helped us with a wireless account where even my wife can get a discount.  I really think people should listen to what they have to say.  I feel that it is better to deal with them, then to deal with a AT&T rep that is more interested in $$$ in their own pocket...

    Received a call from US-Network today asking for a previous owner of my company.  I told him that he couldn't speak with him and that he needs to take me off his call list.  He replied with, "No, I will call until I speak with (previous owner)"  - And before I could explain the individual was no longer at this facility - the little prick hung up on me.  I believe the positive reviews in this thread are falsified by someone within the company.  Why would anyone do business with US-Network when their customer service is complete and utter crap?!?

    Me: "May I ask what this call is regarding"
    Telemarketer: "Yes, We are calling you to tell you how much you could save by switching to Quest"
    Me: "Are we currently doing business with you?"
    Telemarketer: "No, but I would like to talk to the person in change of the account. Is that person you?"
    Me: "You are calling a registered Do Not Call number and breaking the law. Please take us off of your contact list."
    Telemarketer: Begins cursing and yelling at me as I hang up the phone.

    The is approximately the fifth time they have called. Filled a claim with the FCC for the fourth time today.

    I am sick of them calling me...I've told them not interested and they still call back. The woman calling is name sage, or satan...I really couldn't understand the message...but she is at ext. 8870.

    These dumb bastids keep calling here even after I told them that no one in this office can help them with what they're seeking. The guy told me it could take a month to stop receiving calls which is ridiculous considering it's all automated and controlled by computers. It's as simple as deleting a phone number from their auto-dialing program. I already reported them to the BBB (I think they are representing AT&T in this instance) and I can assure you that I will spend each opportunity I have to tell people that they are telemarketing scum. I'll try the FCC as well. That being said, the guy that finally said he'd remove my number was somewhat nice. Now they just call and hang up after you speak. Real class acts.

    Our business has received multiple calls from this phone number and I agree with all of the above "negative" comments regarding whatever company this actually is. They have never said anything on the phone, but you can hear alot of background noise when they call. I will say "hello" a few times and then they will just hang up every time and multiple times a week! Whatever company that this actually is....seems like a scam of some sort, and if it is not, definately not a company that we will ever do business with!

    You were lucky! The rep a man that called at my business called and thought he hung up and called use a smuch and had various derogotory statements! We don't do business with STUPID PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
