Called May 14, 2009 @ 10:30am.  Left a mechanical voice message, simply says to call back to the number and lists the times of each day of the week to call back, did not indicate what the call was about.

I get the call on 12pm, I didn't answer it

Did not answer call at 9:52 am, June 10, 2009. Brief voicemail left was "...Again with an important message for you. Please call us back at 1-866-582-1641. Thank you." followed by a "sprong" noise before they disconnected.

Did not answer call at 1614 (Mountain time)2009 JUNE 29, from caller ID 18667863564.  Message left reported by female, "Daniel looking for KENAS ..... (same surname as writer) and if this wasn't Kenas..... only to call back at 1-866-582-1641, extension 5022, caller is 915391".  No reason for call or why they figured they could reach Kenas at our number!
We never returned call.

called july 2 with important message - returned call on a land line - it is a collection agency,

Called my step daughter cell on Aug 25/10 leaft a message to call back they have an important message for her.

i have been getting this number calling everyday 1-866-582-1641
just call them back and say you just got this phone and what ever name they ask you for its not you. then they take you off there list.

They have called me twice every day for the last two months and leave a voicemail every time.
i don't trust it for a second so i'm not calling from my own phone.
its really getting annoying

i'm getting unwanted calls..and repeaditaly asked them to stop and they keep calling

Tell them you want their fax # to submit a notice that they are not to call you anymore.  Once you provide that in writing if they continue to call you can sue them for harrasment.

These guys called me weekly for a while and when I finally called it back they asked for some foreign sounding person I had never heard of, who I assume owes someone money.  Explained that they had the wrong number and that the constant calls were incredibly annoying and the calls stopped. Then 6 months or so later the bloody calls started again until finally one day a real person called me so I politely explained again that I was not who they were looking for and could he please take my number off of the file for whoever it was they were looking for. But the calls never stopped so I gave the number a personalized ringtone that consists of zero volume and no vibrate, it's pretty close to as good as not getting the calls but I would still like to punch someone in the face over the whole ordeal.

I received a call at 12:50 my time and was placed on hold as the next available. I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes and actually had to unplug my phone connection to get off the phone.

I had before this call, received a call approx. once every 4 days leaving a message.

I tried calling the number twice and was placed on hold.

Same issue with me. They've called everyday on my cell, and tells me to wait for the next available agent. I waited and it takes me to a voicemail.

It is a collection agency.

They keep calling my home number.  We called back and got their voice mail.

Same issue as people above, but I called back and they explained who they were looking for (wasn't me) so they took my number of the other dude's account. Hopefully I won't receive any more calls.

They call saying it is an urgent message from EDS & CN EPCOR and to call them back with the times.  I received other calls from this number looking for Mary.  I never answered any of the calls, each time messages were left.  I wonder why these type of calls are getting through as I am on the national no-call list and it sounds like calls are getting through that shouldn't be, according to their list.  I have never had any contact with collection agencies, or any EPCOR or whatever, and am careful about who and where I exchange ANY information.  Somebody gets our number somewhere!
