They keep calling concerning some kind of charge made to my credit card.
They ask to push 0 then a person comes or machine stating tha someone will
be with you promptly, music is playing for as long as 5 minutes, then the telephone hangs upl

I just received the same call on a cell phone. I held for 5 minutes and it hung up on me as well. I tried to reverse search the phone number and the program finds no working number assigned to that particular 866 exchange.

the exact same thing happened 2 me, is this a scam? Do they have my credit card details?

i think i no who they r. this lady called me and asked me 4 my credit card details n i said no, so she gave me a website 2 check out what they do. the website is www.wealth911.com. the exact same number appears at the bottom

A lady by name of Katrina called me twice to get my credit card # she said that she was calling from Google she had some type of special offer for preferred customers and they were only charging $1.00 on my credit card and she gave me a website i checked the websites it was said to be a phoney siteit had a 800 number the numbers are 1-866-583-7791 i have star 69 on my phone the number i got is 1-954-639-4136 where i live thats somewhere in Broward County .

I just got the same call.  I waited 10 minutes, someone answered and said hi what do you want.  I told her, you called me.  She hung up on me. I wonder if these people are getting our credit card numbers from somewhere.
I called back about 10 times, got the same recording about holding and the next customer representative would be with me.  I figured if this is a toll free number, they are paying for everytime I called.

I got several calls from this number. I heard a woman's voice saying something about internet sales CDs, which I never got because I never ordered them, and that if I didn't take advantage of their 7-day free offer, I would be changed $39:90. I called back and had the same experience the other writers had. The phone rang and rang against some awful jangly music, and nobody came on. I am keeping a record of this number to check it on my credit card and a copy of this website to report it to the credit card company.

we got a call talking about how if we didnt cancel this service or whatever that they would charge our credit card 39.95 so we pressed to cancel it. they went to the stupid music for 5 mins then hung up. i called back, 3 times they did the hold music and hung up then on the 4th time i got a retarded chick who was just plain annoying and when i asked to speak to her supervisor she hung up. we're trying to call back but we just get hold every time.

yeah i got a call the last two days and they said that they had my card number and i asked them to read it back to me and they said that it was a confidential thing they cant repeat stuff over the phone and when i commented on, "is this some type of scam" they put me on hold for about 5 min the guys name was george so i think it is but not 100% yet more like 90% sure just ask them to repeat your card number and then ask how you aquired them any online company should tell you the site that you visited and when you were on last then check your online computer history and see if you were on that site if not then hit them were it hurts call there bluff.

Just another documented case of them calling me, telling me I need to take advantage of their free trial offer for some CD i supposedly ordered (but didn't) regarding internet sales.  If i didn't take advantage of their 100% garaunteed CD, 7 day trial offer, my credit card would be charged $39.xx (i think 90 cents).  They called my cell phone.  I lost the connection.  Every time I call back, I hold for about 6.5 minutes, the horrid hold music stops, the phone clicks and then the line goes dead.  I guess I have no choice but to just watch my bank statements.

I just got a call from that number today Sat. July 12th. They want to charge my credit card of $39.90 about internet sales, cd's.

Someone from 866-583-7791 called twice and said that they were going to charge my credit card $39 unless I hung on the line and waited to talk to someone.  They said that I may not have read the fine print, etc.  I would like to know what "fine print" I didn't read.  I have no idea what is going on!

They have called me twice also. I got a lady on the line(she had a very thick accent). She kept repeating over and over again if I wanted to take the opportunity in having a work from home job. I told her no, who are you why are you calling me, etc... She kept going around my question but I kept asking it. She finally said thanks for calling have a good day and hung up on me! This is some kind of scam. I thought the do not call list was suppose to help!

I just received a call from a guy named Louie, who claims he is from Google and ask if i would be interested in this program to work from home for a $1. and wanted my credit card information, I wanted to check out the web-site first and I am glad I did.
