Do know if it's a telemarketer or fake number or bill collector.

Kept leaving calls for a person who apparently previously used the cell number I now have.  Completely ignored the voicemail intro announcing who the voicemail was for.  Not once, but fourteen(14) times within 2 weeks.  Obviously the callers are too ignorant to wonder if they had the wrong number or that maybe, just possibly the number had been re-assigned?????
 What is amazing is that I've had the number for 2 months before these people started calling!  And when I called to complain about their calling and rude messages they'd left on my voicemail, they were even more rude in demanding that I 'show proof' of who I was.  Accused me of lying.  Un-flipping-beleiveable!!!!!
 Persons most often named were Jackie, Mike.  Other names garbled.
 They did agree to remove the number from their calling lists, but only after I threatened to complain to the FCC and State Attorney General.  The pesron I spoke to refused ID either herself or the company.

We'll see if they comply.

Received calls from this number and I could not answer due to them not using the relay service  I had to return the calls using interpreter (I am deaf) and the line kept ringing. It is getting annoying.

ARB - Accounts Recovery Bureau.  It's a debt collection agency.

these guys are just another debt collecter, like escallate. i had just gotten escallate to stop calling me and now these guys call me for someone else's debt.

I had blocked them but still got about 20 VM messages before I decided to call the number.  The operator was polite and told me they would remove my number effective within 48 hours, but made it sound like they were doing me a favor.

Caller named Marie called different times of day trying to claim BCBS took back $78.00 a few months ago and claimed we now owe money on a bill listed paid in full and they are trying to collect. We have a copy saying paid in full? Is very annoying .

You need to contact Blue Cross/Blue Shield's customer service number listed on your card and let them know what is going on. If they have indeed rescinded payment to the provider who has sicced this collection agency on you, then you should have received an EOB (Explanation of Benefits) as to why
this occurred.

It amazes me when you are on the do not call registry how these people call everyday. I have caller id so if I don't recognize the phone number I don't answer but they never leave a message. AT&T messaging another one that calls everyday, including Sunday at different times of the day. Well they can call all they want because if it was so important leave a message.

I get at least 6 phone calls from this number a day. Every time I answer, there's no one on the other end of the line. It's VERY annoying. I've never spoken with ANYONE. They call from 8am to 8pm. pretty ridiculous if you ask me.
