could not reach phone in time, said BELL under phone number. I looked at every number bell(canada) has on internet site and this number does not come up. I am glad I missed this number. wierd

glad to know it's a scam, but it really sounded like it was bell canada.

of course, we did call them not long ago about a broken PVR, so that might be why i thought it was real.

also, advice to anyone: if they tell you to push a button, DO NOT. it will probably transfer you to a long distance service and charge you for it.

if it automatically transfers you, you can refuse to pay it. if you do anything else, you legally owe them money.

This is not a scam. You call back 18665851887 and you get the BELL survey line. They just want to know about a service call you may have had recently. If you call just 8665851887 then yes you will go to some long distance number. Not sure if it is BELL or not. Just call the 1866 number and they will stop calling if you answer like 5 questions.

I wish I could agree 'conclusively' with Chris (16 Mar 2009), but when I dialed 1-866-585-1887 (with the 1), a woman answered with, "Network Products, may I help you?"  I asked, "Is this Bell?"  Absolutely no response from the woman.  So I said, "I'll take that as a NO.  Thank you." and then hung up.  I received a call with a "credit card" offer from this number just 34 minutes ago.  Does anyone know who/where they are?

no,no,no,you have it all wrong. I read about this last week. It's a scam funds raising scheme, run by the people dealing with the Michael Jackson estate.( He was over $400 MILLION in debt when he passed.)  Thats's ALOT of money, and the people he owed it to are very, VERY ticked off.  They are trying to get some of the funds back, unfortunately Michael spent most of it on plastic surgery, boy nudie parties and Doritos. They have threatened to the Jackson family that they will hand over to the press photos of one of the parties which he partly used as collateral, (The infamous Peter Pan does Dallas party). Anyway, as a last resort they have promised that Janet is next if they don't get at least 1/2 of it back in 4 months.  So for goodness' sake, please donate as much as you are able! Thats all.

I got a call from this number and they left a message asking me to call back to provide feedback on service  that Bell ExpressVu provided for me.

Well, I called Bell today. Not long after there was a message from this number asking for my feedback on the service they provided me today. So I don't think it's a scam really.

this number is a customer feedback from BELL (Bell Expressvu) - they ask how the service was for your call to them..thats all it is !!

I don't answer phone calls not from our area code. If they leave a message, I'll evaluate the call. The 1-866-585-1887 number had "Bell" for call display and they left a message referring to a survey regarding my call to their help desk yesterday.  I called the number and the survey took a couple of minutes.

this is a scam! bell told this is not there phone number!

I got Bell TV yesterday evening, and received a phone call this morning. This is just a company hired by Bell to do a Customer Service Survey to see what I thought of the service I received last night. They did not ask for any information, she provided ME with the information and just wanted to know if I thought I received the best possible customer service. It's not a scam. If you are worried thought, don't call them back. Chances are they are calling because you either started, ended, changed or had a problem with a Bell service.

It is definately Bell calling..We added a service to our phone and they were just calling to see if we were happy with it..

I called Bell today for my phone/internet service and about 45 minitues later I got a call from this number and they left a message asking me to call back to provide feedback within 7 days. I am not sure  I want to call them back, the message does not say that calling from Bell Canada.

i got a call from this phone number, it was a sexual redfference to satisfying a woman. i was very disturbed, my call display screen did display bell. I was definately not expecting anything like this. they asked me if i wanted to listen to a conference. but i disagreed and hung up.

i just cancelled my satllite with bell and 18665851887 has called me 3 times since and i was getting a little sketched but now that you guys are saying it's bell it makes sense

Bell.  Interestingly I just got off the phone a couple of hours ago fighting with them over a charge... and told them I wasn't paying and to disconnect the service...  Then somehow my disconnect phone line starts ringing and they want me to do a customer satisfaction survey...  I guess they are a bunch of idiot's at Bell and expect a disgruntled customer to give them good ratings???  1 was the worst and my poor one key got a great workout...

I called Bell yesterday, and got the call today from this #.  The answering machine clicked on, and so I only heard the last portion of their recording, but it DID say it was in reference to a recent conversation I had with them...I didn't bother to call back, though, and won't.

866-585-1887 is a LEGIT Bell # in Eastern Ontario ( anyways ) and was a survey about recent complaint I made to bell regarding BOGUS #s  ( funny they stopped after I talked to Bell )

This is an automated followup survey that called me back about an hour after I talked to Bell's customer loyalty department.  They asked about 8 questions and the replies are given using a 1-5 scale.  No personally identifiable info was given.  This is a legit number, either just do the survey or hang up.
