Delaware asset management

This angry man makes excessive calls to to your employer and home, implying that you have committed a crime and will call your local authorities to report you. He uses obscene and profane language. Mr Debt Collector, with all your allegations to someone's person, charges can be brought against you and the company you represent for "harassment" under the (FDCPA) to anyone out there regardless of your circumstance we have rights to. So if you are receiving calls from this person, file a complaint with your State Attorney General and Federal Trade Commission.

Delaware Asset Management calls my employer and communicated to my employer that a warrant for my arrest will be issued for not paying a debt.Keeps calling my job after my employer told them I cannot receieve personal calls. The names that call are Mr Kline 1-866-595-8876 and a Mr Mike Miller of Law enforcement 1-866-595-4804.Prohibited Harassment

I have received calls from 866-595-4804,866-595-5007,866-595-8876. First a Maria Hawthorne  calls then connects you to a LOUD RUDE person named Mr. Kline that  uses profane language and accuses you of a crimes and will call over and over and over again threatens to call local authorities. Then a person named Mike Miller calls to warren that a warrant of your arrest will be made. He threatens to now of your where abouts and will call your employer to discuss your private information regarding your personal matters. I did find out from a local attorney regarding my rights  under the law. It seems that if several of us get together to report complaints of HARASSMENT FROM DELAWARE ASSET MANAGEMENT we will make a difference under the law. That company and its tacts are as illegal as they say we are.

I received a message from our switchboard operator from a Mr Kline ext 127. He told the operator that he wants to know the address of our company so that I can be served papers. I have seen previous comments about this man Mr Kline and his company Delaware Assets Management. I also contacted an attorney that told me that if I have a debt I can deal with the  company that sold the debt to Delaware Asset Management ( collection agency ) and deal with them not a harassing,foul mouth, indstigating, collection agency. I have rights under state law that prohibits  profane language, threaten arrest, sending documents to a debtor that falsely appear to be from a court or other official agency. calls at work when told  no personal calls are permitted.

Received a call from Julia Lopez (866-595-7369 x122) with Delaware Asset Management stating I had a debt that couple end up in a law suit very quickly and the charges would be for Malicious Intent to De-Fraud a Business.  Total Scam!  After she started screaming at me for questioning her and trying to get more info. about the "debt in question" she threatened to just process the paperwork and let the courts garnish my wages, she didn't care!  My response was I wanted to speak with a manager.  After a couple minute hold a man named Vincent Chase (866-595-7347 x119) came on the line and stated the same thing she did.  That I needed to set up payment arrangements or I could be served with papers in the next couple days.  I'm willing to take that chance because I believe this company is a Scam!  They have been reported to the Colorado Attorney Generals office and hopefully this won't won't happen to anyone else.

I Have been receiving calls from these people as well.  I used to work in collections and everything they do and represent is illegal.  You can not talk about "personal business matters" with anyone except the debtor themselves.  Some cases you can not even speak to a spouse.  When I asked for documentation to be sent to me for proof of debt and issue, they told me I had no rights in that matter.  I kindly told both a woman and a gentleman that I could no longer help them and I refused to make any payments to them until I had proof of a debt owed.  They both talk down to me and used obscene language at the same time on the phone, when I realized the call was three wayed I hung up.  Now they just call and call!!! Multiple times a day.  From what I remember there are so many times in a day the law allows an agency to contact a debtor/possible debtor.  With that said a real collection of a debt has an intro that ties in with " this is ......... from ....... this is an attempt to collect a debt any information gathered is for that purpose"  Real collection facilities will not yell obscenity towards anyone.

I got the same calls but from a Mr. Rush , he will not work with you he just threatens that he will take out a warrant for your arrest and u could spend up to 11 months 29 days In jail . Can they honestly do that just over a debt that you may or may not owe ? I have dealt with these kind of people before but they usually have a foreign accent this guy speaks English so I'm not so sure on this one .. anybody have any input on whether or not this is legit .. really needing some input on this one

Told me I old chase bank money and if I don't pay my loan off they will have me lock up and put in jail or the will send the police to my job

They also call from 8559746420 saying they are a debit collector and they are working with law and the police department and if I don't pay up they will send them to my job not sure if I old them money or not because they refused to give me any information they just won't my bank information
