calling my relatives three times a day seven days a week in english and spanish.  is that legal?

How can we stop these calls?  I don't even know who they are

I had a call from them he told me his name is Mr. Raymos and calling for a person than he put his manager on the phone his name is Jason and was a very uneducated and rude person.

Debt collectors are regulated by the FTC and they have to follow certain rules.  They can only contact you between the hours of 8 am through 9pm and are not allowed to place repeated calls to your home in an effort to harass and/or annoy you.   They do most of their business with Bank of America.  If you have received a letter from them, respond within 30 days requesting WRITTEN verification of the debt and telling them to cease all calls and that all further communication must be in writing.  I did just that last January and they stopped calling for almost the entire year, then started again in December, really took off this month.  They now tag team my phone with two different numbers calling every other day.   There are attorneys who will sue them.  Protect yourself.  Mail the letter certified, return receipt requested and most importantly of all, keep a detailed log of the date, times and disposition of the calls made to you.   Since May 1, between the two number they are calling from, I have received over 60 calls and today was the first message.  Watch your cell phones too.   Some states, like Florida, have laws that make it illegal for them to call your cell and fines for each call made.   Attorneys take these cases because their fees are paid by the defendants and you get monies.   Regardless of how you got in this position, you deserve to be treated with respect.   Bank of America seems to think that once they charge you off, you deserve to be treated like scum.  You have rights, use them.  And for the record, DO NOT START MAKING PAYMENTS, there are laws that govern when a debt collector can no longer recover the debt and if you pay Cambece, you reset the clock.   Do your homework and fight!!

This is J A Cambece.  They are debt collectors.  Make these people send you a POD (proof of the debt).  Trust me, they do not have it and will stop calling.

I did not get any phone calls but I did get a letter in the mail is sadi this letter was to collect the debt owed by me to CACH, LLC what ever the hell that is? If any one know what that is please let me know.

Keep getting phone calls from 559-761-0934 saying they are debt collectors and to call back to 866-599-6068...and yet when i call they don't leave an opening for you to leave a message! I owe no debt - i just want them to stop calling.
