I had the same issue. The sale guy promised a vacation for 149$ and I never received the vacation package. But my checking account was charged 149$ ! Moreover, it has again been charged for 69$ and then again for 149$ !!! They have swindled m of 367$ in total by now. Without any authorization from me ! And my stupid bank "Bank of America refuses to do anything about it ! Can someone tell me where I can report about this scam. And is there a way to get my money back ?

A man by the name of "Steve Jones" called and told me about a free vacation we recieved due to a recent purchase online. We do a lot of shopping online. The man then read our bank account information to me and the address which is on our statements. Figuring it was something my husband had done online, I said "Yeah sure, send me the package." After all, it was a free vacation, right? He gave me the phone number and told me that I can cancel at anytime, I just have to have my confirmation number which would come with my package.
Well, I haven't gotten any package yet, but out of curiosity, I called the number...nothing. No busy signal, no rigning, no recording nothing! DO NOT give them any information whatsoever...this definitley sounds like a scam! I can't even get ahold of anyone to cancel this, and their website doesn't have that option either. It doesn't even have a "Contact Us" link or "Help" section.
Luckily, we haven't been charged anything from them...yet. As this last pay period was when all of our bills came out, so we didn't even have anything for them to take! I'll have to call the bank and let them know not to let any money go through to them! This sucks!

I have contacted the Better Business Bureau of Florida and filed an official complant, I would recommend everyone that has been scammed this way do the same. This company has no point of contact!!!!
