I picked up my phone and a recorded message requesting I call Kelly Vincent at 1-866-608-0400

It's AIS Services, LLC - Definitely a collection agency and one of their primary accounts is BMG/Columbia Music

Called my ex-husband of 15 years to find me???? How'd this happen. Collection agency.

I got a call from them and immediately called back.  They were searching for someone I did not know.  I told them that all of my accounts are current.  THe woman said that this was irrelevant and then went on a tirade of how I was wasting her time.  Very impolite and unprofessional.

If I were a company looking for a collection agency, this would not be it!

I got the same recorded message from Kelly Vincent, today actually and they say from "AIS"...they say it so fast it sounds like IRS and Im CERTAIN thats intentional.

Received letter after sending cease & desist letter to them. hey also work for GEMoney/JC Penney Cons. Letterhead has Praxis Financial Solutions and then in very fine print has AIS Services LLC. All over JC Penney refusing our dispute over a torn drape. $400 added to debt. Turning over to attorney for violation of Fair Credit &Debt Act. Phone number on letterhead 866-611-7974

I recived a call at 9:00 Pm last night, it was a recorded. She said that she was from the IRS, and to call this number, 1-866-608-0400.it also came up blocked call.

Received 3 recorded messages telling me to call Kelly Vincent. Sounded as though she said "IRS."

Said to call Kelly Vincent, I called and they are looking for someone I don't know with the same last name.

Have been receiving phone calls from 502-324-1490 and no one would talk.  Then today I said "why do you call this number and never talk" and this guy said I needed to call 1-866-608-0400.  I asked why and he said it was an important business matter.  No one answers!  Weird and annoying!

Caller named Jason called my home wanting someone who doesn't live here. How do I get them to stop calling?

Called from 973-947-7390. Kelly left a message to call 866-608-0400. No discloseure of a collection call or what company she works for.

Call from unknown 720-496-4236 to call 866-608-0400 re urgent matter.  I had previously blocked 866-608-0400.  This is the same collection agency and I do not owe anyone any money!!  This company needs to be stopped!!!!

Anthony Young called his ext.565 everyone should call him. Let's see how he likes to be called!!!

there bill collectors, they need to make $$$ the samne way u and i do, give them a break or pay ur debts and realize wat u ppl did to the economy

They called from a area code of 951 them said to call back 866-608-0400 when i called they wanted my info before they would talk or tell me anything. no way. beware of this crap.
