that same number called me too. did the person who called know your name though? czuse when i picked up, they asked to speak to me, saying my name. but i pretended it wasnt me because i didnt recognize the number.

The person that called you was a woman with a heavy accent right? Her name was Susan Smith the Creative Director. And she did know my name. But I heard on this website that its just a scam because they want your money. So I am glad I did not call them back!

I got the same lady w/accent, company, & phone number.  She knew my name too & this is a new phone number for me that I have not entered onto any "casting website" as she said on my voicemail.  How do these people get your information?!

Got a call from Eva Watson with an eastern european accent saying she was from Expo Talent.
I do model but never heard of Expo. When i called it back nobody answered.

I got a voicemail left by this number and the same woman with a heavy accent named "Eva Watson". It is a scam.  Be careful. You should tell them that your main talent is belching and burp into the phone lol. Ask if they can find a place for you.. If they dont like that talent what about pooting on command and then wet your lips and blow on your hand into the phone!  LOL... Is that the kind of talent they are looking for????

That women called me and left a message, saying that she was from a casting talent agency and to call her asap if I was interested in going to addition for a casting call! She called me six times in the same day! What a nut case, and  I never did return her phone call.

It is a scam agency that got your number from one of the legit sites, such as Explore Talent. They try to copy the service, but without providing the contacts, or real connections.

I also received a call from this number. A Kevin Dawson with almost an Indian accent left a message. Trying to flatter me to get me to call (I'm asian).  Message said he was the Executive Director from Explore Talent.  I made the mistake of registering myself at another website w/r/t modeling for my daughter, perhaps that is how they got my number.  This is a cool website, I'm glad I checked it out.

I just got the same call 10 minutes ago. Total scam thank goodness that I didn't answer, this Kevin Dawson sounds extremely shady to say the least.

I advert on CL and this "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous" sounding guy calls and thinks I'm special.  Blah blah blah.  All I did was google the telephone number, found this forum, got the information I needed and found out what his real motivation was.

I just got a call from this number. Its [***]. Some modeling agency that i never heard for. The guys name was Edward  Luis and he sad he is director. He wanted me to pay some money over the phone. I told him i will give him a call and i never did. I asked for they modeling site and he sad he cant give me address i have to do over the phone. I just sad need to go and that was it.

I got the call yesterday at my parents' home with the same number. They said they wanted an actress or model for an agency too. The guy's name was Octavio! haha. Trying to make themselves sound italian! I called and no one answered! If it really was a modelling agency, they would have had an answering machine!

I got a call from a guy named Melvinart.
He said he was a creative director from an expo account.
My information was matched up with several opportunites.
The guy sounds really shady.
I google this number and found this forum.
I never called it.
As with that other person, I'm Asian also.
Don't know.
Maybe he thinks we're stupid!
How wrong he is.
If that fools calls back, I'll give him a piece of my mind.

This thick accent you mentioned, did it sound Eastern European?

i got a call from this number from a "shirley peterson" with some sort of accent as well. they called me three times in the same daym saying i've been requested for a bunch of gigs in my "location". she said she was a creative director for explore talent as well.

My call was from Steve. Said he was a creative director from Explore Talent. Sounded automated. No idea how they got my number.
