Get both calls and mail. The mail is confusing as you will see. The return address on the envelop is: PO BOX 14069, Santa Rosa, Ca 95402-6069. The address on the inside is: Transworld Systems Inc. Collection Agency, 1099 Wall Street West #242 Lyndhurst, NJ 07071. This outfit claims their client, who is: Medco Health Solutions at PO Box 30452, Tampa, FL 33630, HAS A PHONE NUMBER OF 866-615-6680 AND THAT'S WHO THEY'RE TRYING TO COLLECT A BILL FOR. If that isn't enough the letter is post marked as being mailed from Zip Code 11735. Where's the FBI when you need them?

Just checked out the zip code for 11735 and it comes back to Farmingdale, NY, which is on Long Island. This spam mail covers 4 different states, California, Florida, New Jersey and New York. Note: They wanted the money sent to the Florida address which is a Post Office Box. Beware and report them.

It's Medco - a pharmacy group.  We use them for our mail-in prescriptions through our insurance.  They're nationwide, so it's not surprising they have multiple addresses.  I mail my prescription to Tampa, and it gets delivered from Las Vegas.  They're calling to confirm either: receipt of your prescription, changes to the delivery, etc.

If you use Medco, I'd think I'd be answering that call/mail or you might not be getting the right benefits.

Trans world systems is a third party collection agent for Medco Health Solutions. The number that is included in the letter, 1-866-615-6680 is a direct line to Medco Health Solutions accounts receivable, which handles delinquent accounts.

Yes.. they are Medco..a mail order co. for perscriptions meds.....I USE THEM, Not To Worry

This number appeared on one of my credit card billings as being related to "ESI Pharm Netpk".  I don't know what ESI Pharm Netpk stands for, but the charge was for some mail order prescriptions that I ordered from Medco.
