I have been getting calls from that number for well over a month. Started off one a day between noon and 8 p.m. but with my schedule (shift-work, etc.) I am rarely at home during these times unless I am working nights and then I'm asleep...that is until the phone rings. I have caller I.D. and didn't recognize the number but gut instinct told me it was a telemarketer. Last week I called the number and left a message saying if they cannot leave a message on my answering machine then don't call at all. Since then they have increased their calls to 3-4 times a day. Just as I was getting home this evening the phone was ringing...guess who! I answered it and got no response so I hung up. 10 minutes later they called again but I didn't answer. Instead I called back and left a message a little stronger than the first one. I hope they get the point this time.
Step1: Call Rogers (they credited 20$ on my ''à la carte'' account) Step2: When it rings, don't answer but press cancel Step3: Go on the DO NOT CALL list of the company (I'm on the Canadian one but it seems it doesn't matter: I'm a Rogers client and the can call me...) Step4: Write down each time they call and bug Rogers about it
All this from a friendly ROGERS employee who took time to talk to me...
