Commonwealthloans.net is a scam. They ask for money up front to consolidate your credit card debit.

They called me on Dec 1, 2011 and left a message that they had a deal for me and to return the call. So in despration I returned and left many messages for Hank Tuner. He is never avaliable and has yet to return my call. I am so very thankfull I found this website so now that I know it's a scam I won't be calling back

I unfortunately fell for this scam. I spoke to Hank Turner and Peter Phizer. They sent me a contract to. Sign and I did. I gave them my account information to deposit my loan, and instead of depositing my money, they stole $3130.00 from me and my family. The sad thing is that I had a death in my family and it is christmas time. That is what we were using the money for. Now we are out the money and are currently in the process of sueing. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I have learned my lesson the hard way!

I wished I heard about them now I'm out of money for Christmas.

Beware this may be the advance-fee-for-a-loan scam as described here http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/consumer/telemarketing/tel16.shtm which states "It is illegal for companies doing business in the U.S. by phone to promise you a loan and ask you to pay for it before they deliver."

I still cant believe it. I got an e-mail from a John Wells w/ Commonwealth Commerce, advising me that I quaified for 6,000.00, I could use my car for collateral if it was pd for. I sd it is but couldn't use it (i have it as collateral with another loan co). he snt me the contract that looks very legitimate with the break down of the pymts. so he sd if I didn't have any collateral I could snd $ 791.00 for 5 pymts, that would be deducted fr the total of the loan.. this happened on a Sat, I only had 600.00 he sd try to borro the diff and I can get it all together for you on Mon, he sd for me to buy a Green Dot Money Pack Pre pd Green Card for this amt and cl him with the info and as soon as he gets that cl him w/ my bank info for direct deposit.  I did all that.. then the foll wk came and still no $ on my acct. I cld him several x's finally got to talk to him, he sd someone had tried to hack their system, and the FBI was there right now, and they were going to bring in computer techs fr the outside to install new and secure software, but i would have my money that foll Mon.. Mon came still nothing, spk w/ him again, he told me a story about system was almost ready and that they also got a new ph system, and since they were all trying to learn the system it was very hard for him to get calls. but this time he gave me a Ref # and swore that the money would be in my acct by the 23rd Fri.. Well tdy is the 26th  and money still not here, I've cld the co. and more then likely they are closed, but I've left msgs and have snt him e-mails telling him about the money still no in my acct and all the problems he has caused me, i was peniless for Christmas, thats not so important, but I'm behind on so many bills and thats what this money was for... I did find the acct last wk.. and tdy it says Acct has been removed or is down something like that...  So even with all this, I can't believe this can be a Scam!!!  So if it is.. Is there any way I can get my $$$$???

COMMONWEALTH COMMERCE IS A SCAM ALL THE WAY THEY ASK YOU FOR MONEY UP FRONT BUT IT IS AGAINST THE LAW FOR ANY LOAN COMPANY TO ASK FOR  ANY MONEY UP FRONT AN IF YOU SENT YOUR BANKING ACCOUNT INFO THATS WHAT THEY WERE WAITING FOR YOU TO DO SO THEY CAN TAKE EVERY THING YOU HAVE. I ALSO GOT THERE FAKE CONTRACT WITCH I SIGNED AN FAX  BACK TOO THEM AN THEY WANTED ME TO SEND 800 DOLLARS WITCH I WAS LIKE FIVE MIN AWAY FROM DOING IT BUT THEN WE DECIDED TO CALL THE BETTER BUSSINESS BEAURE AN THEY INFORMED US THAT COMMONWEALTH COMMERCE IS A SCAM I SPOKE WITH JEFF ADAMS IT ALL SOUNDED SO REAL BUT ITS NOT ITS AS FAKE AS FAKE GETS I AM WORKING ON FILEING A LAW SUIT AGAINST THIS PERSON OR PEOPLE INVOLED WITH COMMONWEALTH COMMERCE THE PEOPLE IVE TALKED TO ABOUT THIS SO CALLED COMMPANY SAID THESE PEOPLE HAVE BEEN SCAMING PEOPLE FOR A WHILE NOW BUT THERE IS AN OPEN ON GOING INVESTAGATION  ON THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE GONNA GET BROUGHT DOWN

John Wells,Sam Willis and Hank Turner are professional SCAMMER!! i just like you guys scammed by this three people.lets all file a complaint to ic3,just go to www.ic3.gov to stop this SCAMMER once in for all! there 1866 number still working.

Hello, Amanda I am so sorry for what you went through, I also was scammed, around the same amount, I'm reaching out to individuals that was scammed, I always like to turn a negative situation into a positive, I would like to start a support group for everybody that lost money with these monsters, I have a lot of good ideas where we can actually come together as a group & make the money we have lost, I'm in Louisiana I'm a small investor with a lot of contacts, we can do a small deal or a few, where everyone will get their money back, also we can take it to another level & form a small investment group, & next year for Christmas, we get to celebrate & laugh at them, also if you would like to help it would be much appreciated, I'm extremely busy, Thanks Veronica
