Regarding civil matters but would not say what it was left message on machine

Left message at family's employer saing something about a claim.  Called my brother 3rd ex wife and my other brother and god knows who else.  name left was Mr. savis

Repeated calls asking for Katherine Dommer. Muliple requests were made to stop calling but still keep calling at least 4 times a week. Everytime I have called the office and asked them to remove the number from their database they keep assuring yes it is removed but again the calls do not stop coming in.

Have continued to recieve phone calls from this number. Told them several times, they are trying to contact somebody else. They CLAIM(?) to be a law office trying to collect debt from over TEN(10) years ago from person they call. HAVE TOLD THEM TO STOP CALLING THIS NUMBER, HAS NOT DONE ANY GOOD!

Keeps calling looking for someone with same last name. Call at least four times a week. Called and left message to stop calling they have wrong number. When they call it is just a recording, so the other day I stayed on the phone to waited for someone, they came on looking for this person, and I told them they have the wrong number so stop calling!! They said well what number is this? I hung up!

Stop Harrasing me call my trustee Warant Covent at (416) 784-3880 about this matter. Conduct yourseves correctly accordingly or we will meet in court.

I keep getting calls from this number regarding an outstanding bill for somebody else.  I tried once to get their records corrected, but they did not correct it.  When I call now, I get into a voicemail loop.  I should hire them to sue themselves.

I also got calls from this number. They say (in a purposely garbled way) some name of a law firm. They say this is a call pertaining a civil matter for (name purposely garbled).

Well, my advice is, do not call back. Once you do, they have a record of a live phone number and the time of day you answered. Don't you think that this info has some value? (Perhaps they are a bill collector fishing for a name and number match, or a telemarketer trolling for live numbers?)

Do not answer the call. If it was a legitimate call, they would know a bit more about you!

My brother in another state passed a message along that a Rodney Gold from "Gold Law Offices" kept calling and harassing him about me.  Ditto for my sister who lives in a 3rd state.  He gave my wife the phone number of 866-618-5732 and a case number - stating that they told him "I had a subpoena in the waiting," that "I used him and my sister as a reference," which, I never have - and that "I changed the spelling of my last name."  

When I returned the call to find out what this was regarding, an arrogant gentleman answered - and did not give his name, nor the actual company that he worked for.  After a few moments of enduring his harassment, I told him that I was going to record the phone call and he screamed for me to "go ahead!"  He then patronized me asking "If I had a college degree," while boasting about his own and implied that I was "stupid."  I informed him that I went to a particular university and that my education was irrelevant to our conversation.  

I questioned him on contacting my siblings and making false claims.  He stated "that they contacted people with the same last name - making a guess on relations."  I remarked that if my last name was "Smith," would they contact every Smith across the continental US and assume I was related?  Nevertheless, inform strangers/family that I used them as some type of reference and divulge alleged private information about me?  

I have our coversation and his admission on tape and they are clearly breaking the law.

If anyone has additional information on this folding table company, please feel free to respond - as I plan on taking legal action against them.  Obviously, it is some type of business scam whose members feel they are above the law.  In the meantime, my wife who is a journalist, will be making as many locals aware of this scam and inform them to avoid calls from this number - releasing the names of as many of their alias' as possible.  

With today's economical climate - we have to fight back against this.

They have called me off and on since November stating that I needed to call in the next 24 hours or my account would be sent to their legal department.  Something about a Breech of contract?  Hell, never signed a contract with National Credit works.  Never called them back and never have received anything in the mail.  Just waiting and also have a lawyer who handles things like this.  They are associated with Giove Law office (bad news) and I have a feeling they bought some debt from Unistates Collection (went bankrupt) back September.  Somehow Unistates was working with a Jason Head in Virginia.  All tied together I imagine.  Regardless, feel sure that Unistates sold this "old unvalidated" debt to National Credit works.  Anyway, if some damned collection agency in New York things that I am going to give them a bunch of information or my bank account, think again. . .

Received a call on my cell today saying it was Mr. Mckay with either GOD or GOB law offices regarding a cicl case against me and left a case number they also called my mother n law hell I do not even know her number so I don't know how they do. But I looked it up the case number and the state of Florida has no record of a civil case filled against me. They call me 2-3 times a week sometines a recording sometimes a lady.

they will do that sort of thing (calling up relatives) trying to put the pressure on you.  Don't call them and if you do make them validate the debt by sending you something in the mail.  Don't give them your mailing address either. Tell them to send the info for what ever address they have listed for you.  Make them do the work. . .if it is out of statute say the hell with it (check your state).

Thanks for the information on both sites, Karen.  The phone number for "Jason Head Law Offices" is 757-453-6448.  I do believe this company is associated with Giove Law out of NY.  I'll call back the FTC and add them to the list.

yes i too believe that there is a connection with Giove law office.  I have done lots of research.  Jason Head, Unistates (bankrupt), and now National Credit Works and a host of others are connected.

after reading debt cures i learned not to give info or admit it was my debt after so long they are uncollectable when i recieved a call from rodney jovie i didnt say anything but i will call you back i need to check to see if you are legit im glad after a lot of reverse searching of the phone number and a vague understanding of the attny name because the girl forgot how to speak clearly when i asked  i found this web sight about them  giovelawofficeexposed.com  read this before paying anything even if you know it was your debt  there are time limits to collect debts after the time limit they are sold to people like this  they are no longer collectable but do stay on your credit report

I got kind if nervous when I got the message, but I figured if it was true legal matter, I would have received a letter in the mail.
