Got a call from this number. They did not leave a message.  

It is used my Monarch recovery. They are a collection company!

seems like a collection agency. They didn't leave a message, but Im certain it's a collection agency.

They are calling me I'm 14 I'm tired of them

keep calling they don't leave a message I tried to call back & I get put on hold. no one ever comes to phone.

This number calls my phone every day and does not leave a message. I called them back today and the woman would not give me much information about the company she works for or why she calls every day. She said the company was Monarch but would not give any more information.

I got a call on my cell, I call them and told them not to call my cell and not leave a message.

This number keeps calling my husband everyday I don't know why they got to be a bug. Don't they have better things I was told by a higher professional not to give any information to these people. It's a scam.

They call EVERY day dozens of times.  It is annoying.  How can I get this stopped?

Call blocker might help.  Also, don't pick up on calls you do not recognize.

She Merry just called me wouldn't say who they were collecting for & asked for my info! I wouldn't do it says they are recording you!

Calls daily and hangs up as soon as I answer.  If I don't answer, they do not leave a message.  Screams "SCAM" to me!

Try shutting off the machine and letting the phone ring or blocking the number. May not have anything to say, just simply looking for numbers that have answers.

This is a scam... What can we or government do about it! Nothing! As long as they get away with scamming people they will continue to bug you!

Called wanting info on a person (neighbor). Told them person didn't live at this address - then asked if I knew this person. I told caller I didn't know who he (caller) was - his reply "Fine" and hung up.
