when i answered this call, i reached a machince-recorded voice, telling me to call back and select #5, regarding my bank account. Of course, I never returned this call.

An automatic payment for an equity line didn't go through. They were calling to request it get payed.

If you keep ignoring these, and don't pay, not only does a human call you, but the HARASS you.

I have received calls from this company 7 times in the last month, and I am on the Do Not Call registry as well.  Never a message.  Four of those calls within the past week - and reading the other posts above, I know I have no business with them.

Answered the phone and had silence for a few seconds then they hung up.

No Message.. they call, I try to answer and no one in responce. I have my car loan through national city but for the last 5 years, my loan monthly payment has always been on time. What are they doing?

they inform me about my bank account and yet, i don't even have my own bank account... and let me callback and press and #5 ...they said that i will callback asap...and they gave me the schedules on when to call.. 8am-5pm on fri... and 8am-12pm of Saturday... but i will not call them back...why they are doing this? for what??

This number has called me three times already today....why I looked it up. We get at least one call a day from this number and have never answered.

Call from National City Bank

I keep getting calls from this number.
They are looking for an Allan Harshman.
When I ask them to identify themselves they say they are from National City and that A.H. gave them this number.
I asked thgem to take this number off their call list and they said they would but they keep calling.
I asked them if they were a collection agency and they said they are from National City.

I will get to the botom of this. Sounds like some type of scam to me.

UR locky i got this calls loke 12 times a day about my bank account. ??? i don't have one a least not with them..

I keep getting these calls as well, sometimes 5 times a day!  How did anyone get rid of them??  Any help would be appreciated as it's driving me crazy!

That's funny, when I called back on my cell phone I got an "hello" and when I asked what business have I called, a guy with a very very heavy southern accent said "CBSI".  I asked what that was and Gomer says, "We're a personal business company"  And I said "Doing what?"  And he says, "Ma'am if you all give me the number we called I kin tell U that."  And I said, "Oh, you're a collection agency?!" And Gomer says, "Ma'am I kain't tell you that til I know the numer we called U at?"  And my reply was "And I don't accept Toll free numbers" and I hung up.  CBSI is a collection agency in the south, so maybe National City has hooked up with them.

I had someone inform me that my account through National City had a balance of $30, but $10 was past due, and then asked if I would pay with a check over the phone. Obviously fraud. Especially since I just paid my entire balance.
