a few seconds agoI figured it was bogus off the bat. They called asking for my husband, saying "I have some personal information that just came across my desk, and I need to speak with him." I said I would call him and leave a message,  but she kept pushing me to give her his sell number, because it was important that she speak to him by 3 pm.

They seem to be appropriately named the "company" Con-Serve" because they're serving themselves as con artists (which in etymology start out as confidence artist--to gain your trust and swindle you out of your ID & money). Get on their "do not call list" & always research anyone before passing along message. Never give your info out if they're calling you.

They sounded like a debt collector in nature, but because she wouldn't specifically divulge the nature of her call, I could tell it was a scam.

The caller said my husband and were listed as references for our 35 year old son (who lives out of state). The caller named Mario was very evasive and asked if I would forward his name and number to our son. I googles the phone number and found out it is probably a con

They said that they had important message for me about a dept and they were a debt collector.
I just want them to stop calling me. I haven't called them back they just keep leaving messages at my work and I want them to stop bothering me at work.

This number calls several times a day, never leave a message so I do not return call.

My caller ID always show that the callers name is unavailable so I do not answer the telephone, they use different numbers to try to throw you off. These people let the phone ring 20 and 30 times, very, very annoying. After not answering the first couple of rings you would think that they would get the message that there phone call will not be answered? Not only are they scammers they are also IDIOTS. Registering your phone number with the "Do Not Call Registry" is a joke, I have registered numerous times and still get calls from scammers and telemarketers. My land phone us unlisted. How do they get your number. If your land phone is unlisted the telephone company should be held accountable for unwanted calls from telemarketers, after all you are paying a monthly fee to the telephone company to have an unlisted number.

Debt collection agency calling about a suny perkins loan that i have no idea about. Who do these people think they are calling during a pandemic? They claim it's from 2015 and that it went past due b4 covid. How rude of them to say my personal business like that. They sent the letter to the wrong address and i do not want to give them my new address. If it's legit why don't they have my current address? I also had a different number back in 2015. They mentioned that i may have received an email last month regarding a consolidation. They said it's free but nothing is free with collection agencies.  All they want is money!
