Called, I answered. Guy said "Hello" and I told him take us off their list. Doubt that'll happen.

I answered on my cell phone and got three tones and then disconnect.

Called the number back .  Got AWS Heating an Air.  The recording says to press 1 to have your number taken off of their system.  When I pressed 1 I actually got a gentleman on the phone,  I asked him why his system is calling me.  He said that they have the system setup to call all of their previous customers to let them know about a Winter System Tune-Up Special. I told him to take my phone number out of his system.  He repeated my phone number back to me and said it would be done.  I have never done buisness with AWS Heating and Air.  When I go on the Internet and od a search, the only AWS Heating Company's I find are in Georgia and New York State.  I am in TEXAS!!  If they call me again, I will report them as I am on the National Do Not Call List.  I think I will go ahead and report them anyway.

They called and told my wife I had scheduled an appointment. Not true. They wanted info on when are we home. Very strange.

It's a call about Kia warranty  that doesn't apply. They call about 10 times in one day. Extremely annoying. Curse these people.

Got a call today. I think the company is Company Name is ARS Rescue Rooter.  And they do, do plumbing, electric and air conditioning.  They tried to act like they had already had an appointment scheduled (I should have told them they were late).  But that tactic didn't go anywhere since I was confused.  They did want to do maintenance work of some sort on the air conditioners.  We talked for a little while and he told me about a deal they had going to check the plumbing in the house.  After I finally told him I wasn't interested, he hung up quickly.  I wonder what it would take for them to put me on some "do not bother calling list" at their expense.

This company just doesn't give up.   With caller ID setup, we won't answer it unless we recognize the number.  We are on the National Do Not call list but this doesn't seem to matter when it comes to this company.  We have received over 50 calls from them in the last month.  They call call hours from as early as 8:30am to as late as 9pm. Some days we may not receive anything and other days they will call up to four times in the same day.  We haven't answered any of them and they do not leave messages.  They just keep calling.  How do you get them to stop calling?

I did what one person suggested and call them back to be removed from the list.  When connected, select option #2 to be removed from the list.  I was connected to a service agent who asked who she was speaking with right away.  I gave my first name only and she asked how she could help me.  I told her I would like my phone number removed from their list.  She said she could do that and then hung up on me.  And this is a company who is calling me for my business???  I'll be updating this in the Bad Business Bureau website as well.

These people call me several times a week.  I generally don't answer the phone when I see their number but is has gotten ridiculous how often they call.  I have repeatedly called them back and asked them to remove me from their list but it does not help.  After 3 calls already today I called them again, asked to be removed from their list again and told the lady that when I hung up the phone with her I would be reporting them.  She replied "okay, you do that".  I could hear the smirk in her voice.  I am on the "do not call" list and have reported them on that website twice already but it didn't help.  I am so irritated and am convinced that I am powerless to these jerks!
