Called cell phone, didn't leave message, then called 5 minutes later and still no message.  Who is this?

This number has called me about 20 times over the past year!

They just started calling my new cell phone.  I returned their call, told them they had the wrong number.  Collection agency, very polite, apologized and claimed they would remove my number.

this guy called me like 30 times.

this number calls my cell phone EVERY day. Even though I said "take me off your list" and another time pressed the button for "this oerson is not at this number" they still call me 1 or 2 times a day.

Is it the phone company trying to burn up my minutes?

calls , every day, couple times a day.  for many months.   So called them back.     Want to talk to a superviser I said.  Can u verify  ur last 4 digits of SS #  ?. Just want to talk to a supervisor.  Well, after calling them back 5 times. I'm assuming theres 2 people on the phones. They were more than happy to repeat who they where looking for, and all types of information about them.  Wouldn't give them a yes or no to whom they asked for.  My best advice to anyone Collectors call.  CALL THEM BACK , if u have 2 phones call them back at the same time,  and tell them u will not stop until they quit harrassing you. Then after they cant perform their job, they may stop callin g you.  This has been tried and true. If u have auto redail. then use it. We all should pay our bills. But as we all know Companys often overcharge, and refuse to reimburse. then u refuse to pay and then these morons call u for 10 years.  For those who refuse to pay fraudulent charges form Corps, Hats off to ya.  Thank you 4 this site  :)

This numbers keeps calling me all the time. Please leave me a alone.

They claim to be a debt collection agency called NCO.  They also may call you using this number: 866-889-6745.  I called them back and they politely said that they will take me off their calling list.  If they call again, I will report them to the donotcall registry.

Was on vacation in Disney World last week and they called on my 15 year old's pre-pay cell phone leaving three messages in one day.  

They said in the voice mail they are attempting to collect a debt.  I have to check with my attorney to see how that holds up but it seems to me that a recording on a voice mail announcing they are collecting a debt is a blatant FDCPA violation unless they have permission from someone to leave personal info on a voice mail.

I called back as the parent. They refused to say who they are calling for, why they were harassing my daughter, and refuse to say what the bill was about without us providing them our personal information.  They refused the name of the company they allegedly represent.  They also refused to remove my daughter's pre-pay cell# from their records.  

Still don't know who they wanted, what they wanted, but I did learn they have been sued successfully before under FDCPA violations in all 50 states and are on a watch list with Budd Hibbs for illegal activity.

As for me, I will be filing complaint letters to the FTC and my Attorney General for their refusal to stop calling a minor's cell phone when they obviously have a wrong number.

These folks are still calling and leaving messages as well as a number of hang up calls on my kid's phone.  I found them on the Budd Hibbs website and found their address and a long list of illegal collection practices.  They claim they represent Bank of America, but the bank insists they have no affiliation with this company and no record of any past due accounts in anyone's name in my household.  

Letters of complaint have been filed with the FTC, the Comptroller of Currency to initiate an investigation as to why the Bank refuses to take action against a company fraudulently using their name and harassing Consumer's.

The PA Attorney General is on this company.  I already sent a formal complaint to the FCC on them for contacting a minor phishing for info.

These people are fkin crazy I think these agencys are SCAMS and they will take u for everything u got if your not careful.
