any one get any calls from this number it shows up toll free on the caller id ????

I got a call from this number.  I have no idea who it's from.

I have received a number of calls from this number. They never leave a message and I don't answer if they won't tell who they are. It is probley another number for Allied Interstate it seems like they use a dozen different numbers.

They call every morning at 8:05 drives me crazy... Picked up once and they said Allied Interstate looking for Joe blow.. told them wrong number, they continue to call. I dont answer. It's annoying

This is also Capital One  I called and they have several different companies that call for them  another number they use is 866-809-8333

I got a call too, on a Sunday at 8:30am,,,,I caled back,,,,,,,,,,and the guy answered,,I asked who he was,and got some collection agnecy name,looking for whoever,,,,,,,,this was on my business line.
That number is now blocked on my business line.

I too have gotten calls from this number. It belongs to Capitol One Credit Card collections aka Allied Interstate. I do not now nor have I ever had a Capitol One credit card. They call anywhere from 8am up to 9 pm and on weekends as well. The Attorney Generals office for the state of Minnesota filed suit for fraudulent practices against them and won. They have even bilked some people out of money in order to pay a debt that was not theirs so they could keep their credit report clean. Its high time the federal government step in and shut them down permanently and force them to pay restitution to innocent people!

You hit right on the head!  The government needs to do something about these calls, what has happened to our PRIVACY LAWS?  They don't care what time or what day it is - they just call and call.  I've even answered it a time or two, the person they are calling doesn't live here - THEY JUST DON'T LISTEN!

These people have continued to call my home at all hours of the night and day , In one instance they even talked to my 14 year old babysitter who answered the phone and harrased her to the point were she had to call me and my husband to come home from a dinner because she was so upset. When I called them when I got home they just kept tranfereing me around and hanging up on me.  How do you protect yourself against these rude people?

They use all these numbers on me.  They call me starting in the morning anywhere between 6 and 7 am and continue until 10 to 11 pm at night.  Each number is staggered about 30 minutes apart.  I leave my cell on vibrate all day.  When I see there number I just ignore.  Wht else can you do?????

I just added them to my reject list; however, my cell only allows me 10 reject numbers.  I picked one I hadn't heard from for awhile to delete.  With all the folks who call, we definitely need more than 10 reject numbers!  They just called me but slaughtered my name so badly that I told them they must have the wrong number.  I'll see if that discourages them.  I report all these numbers to the donotcall list; however, it's technically only for telemarketers, not scam artist.

Now this number is used for a fake Direct Tv scam. It calls and tells you it is confirming a service appointment and asks you to speak to "customer service". I got suspicious, hung up and called Direct Tv. They had no record of me scheduling any service. I am guessing if I talked to their "customer service" they would have wanted a credit card number. Its a big ole scam!

This is Direct TV. They just called me because I'm late on my bill. Legit business.

This call was going through my mobile phone an I don't know who it's from. Must be a telemarketer.

They have been calling my cell phone from both 866-632-6294 and 866-632-6344. Never leaves a message. When I call back it says "We are unable to complete your call at this time"  I have never had a Capitol One account or Allied account. I don't know who this is but it's getting annoying fast!

They must not have been charged enough money in the lawsuit
since they are still doing it.
They called today and I have never had business like this
of any kind. There is no way I owe them anything!

This is a Direct TV SCAM!!!!  They called and said that they are Direct TV and they need a credit card # over the phone in order to avoid interruption of my service.  Unfortunately, they didn't do their homework, because my payments are made by auto payment, and it is paid every month on the 1st.  Nice try jerks!!!
