This number calls our house on regular basis.  We have caller id and do not answer calls that we dont know.  Any one have a thought on who this number belongs to???????  We are retired folk and do not need any aggravation

This is 1 of many numbers that Capital One is using.

I don't have an account with Capital One. Don't call me on sunday or any other day again. Being that, Sunday is a non-business day, Laura, Jane, Judy, who ever you are, You could aid me in becoming you boss soon.

these people call when i am sleeping in the morning!!! how annoying. stop calling u guys are pushy. we know we need to pay our bill not your busines to keeep calling just to tell us that! go away CAPITAL ONE

What cracks me up is that they don't even leave a message.

Calls every day, leaves no message.  Don't have an account with Capital One so who knows why they are calling.

Has called everyday since Sunday May 4th two to three times a day.  Set up auto pmt on May 5th to pay capital one bill and they are still calling.  We are going to be there next boss if they don't stop.  I am keeping record so we can file a suit if this keeps happening. I told them on Monday that I had set up an auto pmt and they said I wouldn't be contacted after 24 hours.  Liars.

Out of area - calls at 8:30, 2:30, 4:00 and 8:30 at night.  If you answer the telephone there is no one there or they want a 16-digit number before they can talk to you.  Will not identify themselves.  Finally found out it was Capital One and could not even find the account they were calling about.  A complete SCAM if you ask me.

I was told that they were going to hurt me......Im scared. I picked up and someone at the other end said hey you like your legs the way they are right now...I said yeah why....He said I better not complain or he was gonna break my legs...scary!the number was 866-632-6475

I received a call from this number claiming to be a mortgage company (forgot the name). They claimed they could help us refinance and that they were calling to set up an appointment. When you call back the number says "We're sorry all circuits are busy at this time, KS0106". This is very frustrating!

You can't even call them back if you miss their call!  I don't have a Capital One account either.

They called this morning, left no message When I tried to call the number back all I got was "dead space" No ringing, no one answer, nothing. So I am keeping track of the date and time of the call. I did apply for a cap 1 card, but I got a feeling it may be about some guy who must have had my phone # before me. I just want them to take me off their calling list.

This is a phone sex line, I think my wife is onto me now because they keep calling me back and I dont pick up the phone.

It would do them no good to threaten
since I never answer the phone to hear it in the first place.

If this is Capital One calling, and they are the ones who called (IE, it wasn't a "spoofed" number) they are in for a surprise.  We don't have an account with them, never HAVE had an account with them, don't WANT one, and needing one is immaterial since we can't even get one from non-scam sources!

Interestingly enough, they called precisely one minute after another call -- and at a time we were BOTH ASLEEP!

Has called twice tonight. A recorded voice says that this is direct tv and they want to confirm your service appointment for tomorrow. I was confused, we do have direct tv but no scheduled appointment. It asked if I wanted to cancel it, and I said yes, and it was patching me through to a "customer service rep". I got suspicious since we had no appointment, and I called direct tv from a number I know to be legit. They said they have no record of an appointment! Number called back 30 mins later and said I needed to call about my account immediately. This is a scam, and its a very good one because the automated voice is exactly the same one direct tv uses. Beware!
