repeated calls, no reply/sound when picked up. 2 or more times daily during evening.

Company is called Outreach Associates, Inc.
They allegedly solicit for charities.

Get frequent calls daily(including Sunday)I have recorder on, and hangs up before my  message is completed--thus they never leave a message for me.

Calls multiple times a day including starting every hour from 9AM on Sundays.Seems to be soliciting for Habitat for Humanity.

God. I've received numerous 866 calls and each one leads to the same voicemail you guys talk about.
Everytime the number calls, I pick up and it hangs up immediately. I've called 4 times and asked politely to have them stop calling me. It still hasn't stopped so tonite I called many many times and cursed at them, yes, I did. But I've had it. This is ridiculous. I've got MULTIPLE calls within the past 2-3 weeks and so I filed a claim with the FTC or whatever? I have had ENOUGH.

I'm up to 7 to 10 calls a day from these people!  Asking them to remove you from their calling list does not help!  So every day I'm going to go to the do not call reg and report them, mybe they can do something.

This CID appears at least daily. The caller hangs up after listening to our answering machine's message.

THE PHONE CALLS ARE ENDLESS. If the machine picks up there's a dial tone, if we pick-up, there's no one there. ENOUGH......

Called at 6pm and when I didn't answer, they didn't leave a message.

Calls at ALL hours day and night...including EARLY MORNINGS ON WEEKENDS! Sometimes there is a voice asking for me, most times they hang up when my machine answers....THEY MUST BE STOPPED!!!!!!!!!!!

Answered phone.  No one there.  About to hang up when caller identified himself as from Consumer Reports wanting donations.

Please see my posting for 866-674-9436, 7/31/08. A concerted effort on the part of everyone who they are harrassing might get the message across.

I get several calls per day from this number.  I never hear a sound on the other end.

Received 7 calls from this number in one day - Just want to add my 0.02. We need to document calls received and notify the FCC - they appear to be interested in this activity.

I managed to ignore the first umpteen times this number came up.

This was one of those calls that seems to take forever to respond once you say "hello." Some yokel with cotton in hs mouth wanted to speak to my husband, "a political call." UGH again.

I told them not to bother "calling back at a more convenient time."

Gads, these people are relentless!!!  I don't answer the call, but am tempted to do it just to tell them to stop calling!

No response to "hello"  Faint breathing can be heard.  After short pause, recipient asks caller to identify him or herself.  Upon being asked "who is calling" the caller hangs up.
