no message just repeated calls

Pretty sure Bank of America.  If it is not important enought for them to laeve a message, it is not important enough for me to call back.

Called 18 times in 3 weeks and very cagey about disclosing why they call unless they "verify" your personal info.  Stick with the 800# on your credit card if unsure whether the "card services" call is legit.

I just called and they said they are an FIY company w/Bank of America.  Yea I have an account w/them, but quit calling my phone.  I did call BoA and checked on my card to make sure I didn't have any restrictions, which I don't.  I'll just be ignoring these phone calls.

It's Ed Overcash attorney collections. For several bank cards. They will NOT stop calling. They will even call relatives. I blocked their number.

Keep getting calls from this number.  Got 1 today, (Sunday).  Don't know who or why.

Several calls a day... don't need calls from this number either.

They have been calling for months. They are looking for someone else. No matter how many times they say they will remove me from their list, they NEVER do. It's beyond Harrassment at this point.

I just called bofa and they said that this number is a scam. FYI!!!

It's not a representative company or collection agency of Bank of America. In fact Bank of America told me and my husband that that # is an obvious scam. They told us to ignore all calls from that # (866-635-4316). I called our local FBI office to report them.  
We have good standing with our card and that's what triggered a red flag to us.

This number just calls, ringing twice and then hangs up.  Not enough time to pick up or for the answering machine to answer.

Set up google voice acct and when this number calls again block it and google voice sends a disconnected message that should stop the harrassement if they are trying to steal peoples identiy. They could be a multi card collection company or theives but i rule of thumb Never give anyone info over the phone when they call. If it is legit tell them you will call the 800 number on back of credit card and ask for name of contact person when you call them. Most companies do not expect you to provide finanical and other sensitve information on a phone call id and i it is a legitimate issue with a credit card they should be thankful that you are careful with your idenity and finances and should understand the need to return a call to a number that you can veify identity. I have done this several times with all my credit cards and never call the number left in voicemal always use 800 number on back of the card when contacted regarding issues or authorization of charges or payment problems. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO MAKE SURE THE CALLER IS LEGIT AND EMPLOYED BY YOUR CREDIT OR OTHER FINANCIAL INSTITUTION

According to the FCC rules they are not allowed to call more than 3 times in a given business week.  If they are then they are not a ligit collection agency.

The 866 area code is from Maryland. Yeah! They call all the time, I left BofA because of there fee structure. Maybe they are sorry for ripping me off.

The 866 area code  is for toll-free numbers, and hence could come from any state.  The call may be coming from Maryland, but the 866 area code is not what indicates that.

It' probably a collection agency acting on behalf of US Bank.

Computer generated call claiming to be from Bank of America and wanting me to verify personal information before it will tell me of important changes to my account.

I don't give anyone personal information who I don't know over the telephone.  Ever.  

I pushed #1 to speak with a human being.... It rang for a long time before the line went dead.

I've got too many calls from this number.  Very irritating.

Got the same call and same message...claim to be from Bank of America.  I called Bank of America they said it is definitely NOT them.  Said they will never call and ask for banking information.  If you call them they will verify your identity but they do not make such requests if they initiate the call.
