FMS, Inc, P.O. Box 707601, Tulsa, OK 74170. I don't know if they are legit or not. There are so many scam collectors that will supposedly settle your account for less that don't even represent the place you owe money to. They want you to send them a check made out to them and they will pass it on. SCAM

I agree fms is a scam!!!! recieved bill for mom she couldn't have an outstanding balance unless she's betting on bridge in heaven. I'm going to keep the bill make a copy and notify the cops and MN dept of commerce it says they are licensed by them. and the Minnesota attorney Generals office ! even the "stamp" on the front looked FAKE.

Note: They make it look like a check using patterned paper that you can see through the envelope window.
