Dynamic Recovery Solution a woman named Crystal Madray was who answered when I was called by these people.

The woman that had called me left a voicemail at first it was all garbled then became clear she didn't leave a name or say who she was looking for just a number 866-625-8973. When I called back I talked to Crystal Madray who at first would not talk to me because my husband was not there but then she asked if I handled all of the financial stuff and I said yes. She told me it was in regards to a debt that my husband and yes she did have my husbands name and apparently even had the last 4 of his social. The debt was for Fast Bucks back in 2007 and I told her that we paid it last year. She told me it was a different account but its the same amount I had paid. Unfortunately, I lost the paper that says the loan was paid in full. Anyways, I told her that I would speak with my husband and would give her a call back later on today.

She then gave me the 866-637-7739 number and said that it was her direct line which kinda made me iffy about this because all of the collection agencies I've dealt with have the same 800 number and have EXT numbers to the certain person.

My husband called back and got ahold of a James Martin who said Crystal wasn't there. My husband explained that we had paid this bill and the guy told him to fax them the receipt as soon as we found it.

When I looked up the first phone number I was given VIA voicemail the person said it was a scam and even gave the right "company" name. I'd say if they call you again to pester you to tell them to send you a statement. Do NOT give them your address trust me they should have it already on file if they found your phone number then they will know your address as well unless you lived there for only a short time.

i have had my phone for only a month and i got this call from ph# 3166337433 and it was a very rude guy by the name of John Gibbson asking for my mother which my mother doesnt give out my ph#. say that he has court docs for her and she has an hour to call him back. He was very demanding on wanting her ph# and i was like i dont give it out to strangers. so he was like have her give me a call back at and rambled the ph# . so i texted her and she called. its for a van she owned 15 years ago and the bill isnt paid. so she is doing research as am I to make sure this is a legit business and not a scam. so thank you so much for your post. plus it was the same company name.

I have asked them repeatedly to stop calling my number. One guy, when asked what it was regarding, asked me if I was hiding something but he refused to give me any information except his first name and this phone number. I asked repeatedly why he was calling and then he proceeded to call me a liar and tell me that he thinks I am hiding something. I told him not to call me ever again. I then called the number he left back and gave them my number and told them to remove it from their list. She claims they will mark it as a wrong number. We will see what happens.

I have recently been harrassed by this so called collection agency. I returned a call and the agent I spoke to  'JASMINE" was hyper-aggressive and incredibly rude. When I asked what was the nature of this call she immediately accused me of having an outstanding dept of $700.00 for a Verizon wireless bill from the year 2000. I attempted to explain to this individual that Verizon was never my wireless carrier. Jasmine would not listen to me,she called me a liar, she then threatened to ruin my credit and hung up on me. I called Verizon and they said I do not owe them any money, If I had an outstanding bill they would have collected directly. The Verizon Agent told me that this was fraud and extortion  in addition it was suspect to have anyone persue a bill after 13 years. I have contacted my bank, my wireless carrier and the credit agencies. I plan to report thils agency to the Better Business Bureau.

Thanks, especially Vallery. I was told I needed to make a statement. That I probably wasn't even aware of the situation that had occured at all. They called me from a cell phone(I found out via Google search results,where research info was skimpy)  816-399-5784 is the number called from and  866-637-7739 was left as the number for me to respond to, like Valerie. The BBB has No record of this number on its web site. I was only able to trace the cell number down to being in Kansas city, MO with the 1st letter only of a 1st and last name which matches No one I know. Hope this helps someone else out there. IDK who they are and they are vague as heck and even BBB has zero info to offer for the "toll free supposed BUSINESS line".

I'd like to add, with all the ways offered to disguise numbers and such now days it will be all most impossible to honestly find out whom is behind it. There are even applications/sites/tools for making it seem your calling from anywhere even the white house etc. But from what I can tell the cell phone is legitimate although its likely prepaid and easily disposed of,and useless at helping much with scandalous or suspicious situations such as this.. saying I needed to give A statement about something,they stated I likely wasn't even aware of..

sorry I submitted too soon anyway they called me on my business line and  I am not the person they were calling for this lady who didn't tell me her name said I was this person and I was lying I just got my new phone a month ago when we started our business I told her to just take our phone off their call lists. please she said kinda smug alright...

Just got a call from Dynamic Recovery Solutions........The man left me a VM on my cell phone that I needed to call him back, they have a matter to discuss with me in their office and left the 866#, and 'thanked me for
my cooperation'. I keep up with my credit inquiries, etc. so I KNOW I have no outstanding debts and never have. Scam! They will be blocked now......

I got a called from this Dynamic Recovery Solutions but when they called the caller id was 210-239-0081 but then they left a number of 866-637-7739 it was some man who left the message with no name. Be careful this call was EXTREMELY strange.

  This lady Cindy,        Said they needed to talk to my exhusband he had papers to fill out THEY KNOW HIS S.S #s an need him to call them they call from a diffenece number 1-256-217-5009 and gave me this number 1-866-637-7739 for him to call.

I also recd original call from a local number: 954-417-7324 directing me to call back at 866-637-7739, and that they had an important business matter in their office to discuss, and that it was an attempt to collect a debt.
Be aware, there are a lot of companies out there that purchase old debt for pennies on the dollar even after the statute of limitations has expired. If you admit to owing anything, they can restart the timeline, and it's all profit for them.
Also, Fair Debt Collections Act, I believe they must identify who they are and the party they are seeking. They are not allowed to harass you, or threaten you with any legal action not in their power to perform. If you tell them you are not the person they ate looking for, they cannot continue to call you. You can report them to the FTC & the FCC., and you can sue for harassment.

On every state there is a statute of limitations on bad debt recovery. Only debt with no statute that can't be claimed in a bankruptcy either is tax debt. Check your state, but I dont think any state is longer than 7 years, same as the time to wipe a bankruptcy off your credit report.

I just got a call from this number - showed up as "401-519-7699" on caller ID but left message - although  he said his name and name of company so fast I'm not sure what it is.  "You need to call us regarding an outstanding debt."  Thanks to reading all these notes, I'm not going to bother - I am positive I have no debts AND the phone number they called is new and no accounts would be linked to it.  They also left the return number of "866-637-7739."

these people called me as well about owing $1,789 from over 21 years ago and demaned my bank information so they could start taking payments out.

I received a call from 405-708-7433 that left a message to call 866-637-7739. I called the 405 area code # back and they told me that they were Dybamic Recovery Solutions and that they were collecting a debt from a loan company I have never heard of and the amt was an amount I can guarantee you I never had one for the amount they said. I asked could she send me a statement so that I could confirm that this in fact was my debt and she said no that they could send me a pre-payment arrangement letter and a paid in full letter once the money was received and I told her that if they could not provide me with some kind of statement that I could not help them and hung up. I read the other reviews and kind of had an idea of what they were about but curiosity got the best of me and I now know what everyone is saying about them is completely true.

A woman left a voice message identifying the caller as "Dynamic Recovery Solutions, a debt collector", asking for a return call to this number.
It is illegal for a debt collector to identify itself as a debt collector when leaving messages. Because this caller engages in this type of obviously illegal activity, it is probably an unsophisticated scam or criminal caller.  Be very cautious.

My experience is similar to all of above so I will avoid a lot of details...but first I got voice message on my cell from a 201-942-4057 number telling me to call this 866-637-7739 number regarding outstanding debt.

When I called from a land line they wanted my cell # "in which I received the call"....I just hang up.  Clearly this is some kind of scam.....BEWARE & DONT GIVE ANY PERSONAL INFO

I got the same call on my cell for my mother. the obnoxious woman would not tell me anything except they were drs and had very important paperwork for my mother. it was funny that this obnoxious pig kept saying my mother's application was on her desk and my mother would want to speak with her.. sure.
they even went so far as to ask for her work number. I informed them she is in her 70's. if they call me again i'm going to give them the number to hooters!

These are just deadbeat losers that prey on people with scare tactics. Called me with a 757-214-6978 number and left a message that they are a debt collector and I needed to call back right away to 866-637-7739..first of all if they are legitimate collectors they will not just announce they are a debt collector unless they can verify whos phone number it is...my cell doesn't even have name associated with it and 2nd of all I called them back and they asked me for my ss number right off the bat. I expressed that they are full of [***] and to ask for a ss they must be crooked. I then asked her for their business lic ## so that I can verify they are real. Well she didn't like that and said I had to pay $1123 today otherwise I wouldn't like the outcome of later today. I then told her im so fkn scared...what you gonna do have a sheriff come with a warrant and arrest me at home or the work place then she said yes I will so tell me your address. I then told her to take what ever shes sitting on and shove it where the sun don't shine. Low life companies like her bogus one love to use these tactics to try and scare people to send them money. I told her to please send one over now as Ill be expecting them and then told her I have recorded this whole conversation and my family is in law and law enforcement and Ill be taking this to them right away...she abruptly hung up....I then called back and then no one answered.....give these piece of [***] a taste of their own medicine.
