Threatened me telling I have passed fraudulent checks and my county court has turned the collection to them - I don't use checks!

It called saying I had fraudulent accounts and 2 forgery on my name. I never have had debt.

they left a message saying that I need to call them ASAP, because my daughter had a warrant out for her and that they were trying to serve me with a supine to be a witness for her.  and they needed my work and home address.  and that she needed to call them to stop these phones and supine from being served.

Left a voicemail on my phone. Was a woman who said she was "from county" and that there was a case against my sister and I. Totally fake.

I received a similar call. The woman said her name was Wanda Milton. Said there was a case filed against my social security number. She strongly advised to contact the " plaintiffs office" at this number. Gave a case number that I couldn't hear. Ended the call saying" you have been officially notified "

Total Fraud.  I got a call from Susan Pittman saying my brother wrote a bad check, and since they had my social security, the State was including me in the lawsuit. She strongly advised to contact the " plaintiffs office" at this number.  I looked up the Michigan case number.  Bogus. Ended the call saying" you have been officially notified "

Scammers have been calling people and intimidating them to pay money that they do not owe. Don't reveal and personal information. Be be curt. Ask the caller to send paperwork by mail and tell point blank that there is no use calling you without a written notice, to prove the alleged debt. Add in good measure that the call is being taped as "advised" by the Sheriff's office since there are too many scam calls, these days!!

Once a scammer realizes that the target can't be foxed to pay up, they would let go!

Susan Pittman called me, my mother and brother in another state saying that I had two counts of bank fraud. I don't write checks and I'm a Fraud Analyst. Stupid people. Susan sounds like a man. No one calls and tells you that they are serving you. Filing this number and the fraudulent company with any place I can to let everyone know that it's FRAUD.
