- Mike| 8 repliesI just got a charge of $87.13 on my credit card from them.
- Rafay replies to Mike| 4 repliesI just got charged the same. It's for a trial of resvitrol (or something - some pills derived from red wine) they duped us because they say it's a $1 trial... but the catch is if you don't cancel your new "subscription" within 14 days, they bill you $87.13 for the trial. I called them to cancel. They said since it's after 14 days, i was billed the full amount. I told them if they didn't refund my money i was going to notify the BBB make them aware that they are scamming people. She immediately said this will be escalated to the refund department...gave me a confirmation code for the canceled subscription and said i should get an email soon from the refund dept.
- Michelle replies to Rafay| 2 repliesI receiev the same charge! I have been holding for 22 minutes!! and no one has answered yet!
- cop replies to Michelle| 1 replyWell i'm a cop and they have scammed my wife on this deal and I am now in the process of filing a report with the FBI so we will see how smart they are now.

My charge was $87.83 it was only suppose to be $1.00 for a trial charge for Resveratrol Ultra and they advertised it with Barbara Walters promoting it.

© 2009 Resveratrol Ultra. All Rights Reserved. - Anonymous-CAThis company is a complete scam.I was charged .99cents at first, then got a strange call that they would be sending me some cream. I said no. but I got a funny feeling and checked my credit card transactions 3 days later and noticed a charge of $49.95 from them. I immediately put a fraud on my credit card but STILL b/c charges continue to go through for repeated/monthly charges-that $49.95 got charged on my NEW card.I called Resv to cancel within 7 days and they said they would 'escalate my concern' but no credit was issued. I called back 3 more times-different days-they say my account is canceled and I'm "suppose" to get a credit but-according to THEIR systems I'm not due a credit (according to 1 rep I got a hold of). One of them had the audacity to yell at me and say I passed the 14 days when clearly I haven't. Anyways, they are in the wrong and now I have to go through months of dispute with the credit card department.
- Anonymous replies to RafayThey claim that they will send you a credit/refund but they have no intentions of paying your money back in the least.
- Papoo replies to MikeThanks to all of you who have made a comment on this line. I also got stung, but called my card company to DISPUTE the charge and cancelled my current card. UNFORTUNATELY, if you use a debit card you are out of luck as the paymnent is gone. DON'T USE A DEBIT CARD FOR THESE PURCHASES.
Thanks again for helping to protect on line purchasers! Together, we can beat these guys. - LAMET replies to Jo Anne| 2 repliesJust because you saw an ad with the endorsement DOES NOT MEAN ITS VALID.
With the ACAI Berry - they have falsly stated that Oprah and Rachel Ray endorse the product.
On the star's websites - they both state THEY DO NOT ENDORSE the product!
As for the charges - ALWAYS READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE OFFER BEFORE CLICKING ON I AGREE.
You all thought you were getting a cheap trial - where the terms and conditions indicated you would be charged for that trial offer and sent more product on a montly basis with charges - YOU DID NOT BOTHER TO READ IT - Pamela PI called them they billed my credit card for the product with s&h on June 2nd still I have not gotten it. When I called they claimed subscription was cancelled on the 9th and the amout of 87.13 woud be refunded, but not s& h. All should be refunded as the product was never sent. These people are crooks and practice poor business. They are definately scammers and something needs to be done so it can be stopped. So please do not deal with these people at all and pass the message to everyone you know.
Wilmington, NC - nnThe same thing happened to me. I was charged $87 twice. I thought i was just getting a free sample. This is very wrong. I called them and they are going to "process" my refund in a few days.
Plz fight this by...
-reporting it to the local Carson city Police dept and/or city business lic. dept.
-Better Business Bureau - https://odr.bbb.org/odrweb/public/getstarted.aspx?siteID=113
-also dispute the payment on your credit card - I think if there are many of these if flags the company merchant account.- Call type: Unwanted
- Lauren| 1 replyI just tried to file a complaint but can't seem to find this business on BBB. Anyone know how to find it? :/
This company has got to pay for all of this. It's pathetic.- Caller: Resveratrol Ultra (?)
- deedee replies to MikeThe only thing that will work to stop the electronic transfer is to close your credit card and get a new number. I called and cancelled, and I am still getting charged. So yesterday, I blocked the credit card.
- lu replies to LAMET| 1 replyYou are a jerk. We have had fraud perpertrated on us, and you want to blame the victim. I guess you also think women who were short skirts deserve to be raped!
- lu replies to LaurenReport them to your attorney general and the FTC
- telemarketers-sell-poison replies to luYou try to buy poison from scammers and you're mad at the guy who tells you THE TRUTH? You are a victim because you didn't do basic due diligence. Funny you managed to find this site but you somehow missed all the stuff that's been posted on the internet for MONTHS about this SCAM?
Don't insult rape victims by comparing them to yourself.
