Hi, I just got a boot today from this same company.
I put the money in the slot, came back to 2 boots on my vehicle.  The guy said that he already collected the money and that there was no money in my spot 267.  I ofcourse had to pay the $50 to get him to take it off.  He refused to look at the money slots.  I put in 2 one dollar bills followed by 8 quarters. The last quarter was still visible sticking in the slot.  He quickly sped off as I was pointing to it and trying get him to look at his blatant lie.  I did call the 866 number and he was there within 2 minutes.  This is just blatant theft.  I work for a couple of lawyers, I'm going to see if I can file a civil claim.  Tracy

Had two orange stickers on my Jeep had two boots and I had to pay $113.25 so they could remove them would not listen to what I had to say.  I am from the Dallas, Texas area.  The orange ticket does have a a enforcement agent ID # 1041 I will call Tuesday because city offices will be closed Monday and I will find out if this is a legal ID number.  This ticket was issued by PREMIER PARKING across Baylor Medical Hospital.  Their ticket shows their service license number 09-02 on 1920 Abrams Pkwy #133, Dallas, Texas  75214 phone number 866-647-1677.  I traced them back to GA. and the owners and their complaints.  If I have no choice but to pay I really think their rate is too high but I had to pay no matter what I tried to say to the enforcement agent. Highway robbery and then some............

The company supposedly is Premier Parking Enforcement, and not only do they get off on booting illegally because I pay for a monthly pass to the parking lot I was booted in but they're also [***] on the phones. The bitchy, rude dispatcher had the nerve to say that it was not her problem that the booter didn't check for the monthly parking sticker. She then proceeded to hang up on me while I was in mid sentence. Having nothing to do but wait for my car to be set free,, of course i called back. STEPHANIE then explained she hadnt hang up because the conversation had been over as far as she was concerned, then hung up again. The next couple of times she screened my calls.
Perhaps in her next deadend job she'll pick up a clue on how to function in a service capacity.
Then again, given that the whole towing illegally is scam, I can see why they don't need to worry about little thinks like legalities, courtesy and/or basic human desency.

Sounds like predatory towing.. Perhaps they need a wake up call from a attorney.. take lots of pics now and make sure you contact the local news..

WOW, I am speechless!  My sister and ten year old niece came out of a kid's concert to find a man placing a boot on her call.  She did not have the cash to pay the man so he left her and her small daughter in the parking lot with the boot on her car until 2 am.  THe man, drinking Corona, refused to let me pay him via CC over the phone nor would anyone answering the phone.  I beggedthem to take my license # and any other identification information from me to hold me liable for the payment due.  NO HELP AT ALL and NO COMPASSION FOR THIS SITUATION.  A little girl in the dark until the wee hours over a $100???

    DISGUSTING

I took my husband to the hospital (Tennova, Knoxvile TN) today (we are in our 80's). Tried to park close because he has trouble walking and the temperature in the 30's, put money in the computer with our parking lot number, came back one hour later to find 2 boots on my car.  When I called the number on the orange sticker on the window was told to wait 20 minutes for someone to come and remove the illegal boot.  After 30 plus minutes this person came to tell me because the computer didn't give me a ticket showing I had paid, he would remove the boot for $75.00.  After reassuring him I HAD paid, he would not remove the boot.  Paid $75.00 so my husband would not have a heart attack.  Boot Man should be SHUT DOWN.  Greed to the highest extent.
