This is from Williamson Medical Center Billing Dept. (Franklin TN).  I was in their hospital 6 weeks ago and they are already harassing me for payment.

Was a patient about 6 weeks ago. Got a bill for $150. Paid them $50. And they are calling. Sad. I don't have money in savings. I pay my bills. Live pay check to pay check

Pay close attention to your Williamson County Medical Center Bills... They have already lost two seperate law suits because they were double billing... Their collection practices have also gotten them involved in some nasty litigation...

Yes, I had a procedure and received a bill complete with phone calls before it was even thirty days out.  They will have to accept partial payments in increments but the phone calling isn't necessary.  Especially when a bill is not even thirty days out from delivery.

I delivered my baby 6 weeks ago, received my bill last week and set up a payment plan that day, they want payment in full today. All $12,000. Ha! Nope.

Had emergency surgery, been paying as I can and all I can.  Very rude on calls.  They better take what I can.  Have a heart problem,  if they get me upset , may not live line enough to pay them
