this is a repo company, they are trying to trick you to call the number install the extension and it goes no where but a answering machine. the system takes the information on your number you are calling from. The funny thing is the guy who runs thi srepo company drives a white ford f 150 pick uop truck with a computer in the cab and he watches who is calling everytime you enter the extension it refers to your house. dont fall for the trick the business card he leaves says, LEGAL NOTICES (We are processing a clain in the name of) call now before leagal action is taken..

I have just recieved a card that was left on my door step and mail box.  It was 6 am and by the time my entire household woke up and ran to the door by the ringing of our door bell, the person was gone but left his business card.  No extension was left on the card but a name of mike in the back with a scribbled phone number that is not legible.
it looks like 949.763.9?89  , the card is filthy and wrinkled, and one of my family members saw a guy waiting for another guy in a white trunk beside our garage from the window.  He said it seemed to have been two white males.  
What can we do to make sure he is not tricking anyone out of money or home?  If this person was truly for real he wouldn't waited for someone to answer the door ESPECIALLY IF HE WOKE US UP AT 6AM!!!  Also , do you know how he is picking houses to target?

sorry I didn't write out the phone number correct ... it was a 909 area code for the phone numbe,r not a 949 area code, I also put a question mark on the number that was not legible ....Also it was just one guy not two... so if anyone else has any info on this please post info... we need to make sure nobody gets scammed!

This [***] didn't care much about his rude behavior (banged my frontdoor at 12:00 AM and yesterday at 12:48AM)and did not even speak properly (kept saying see u at the court). Looks like in his late 30 to 40, Hispanic, short hair, ride white F150 (tried to sell it at Craigslist). He only knows the last name and don't have any clue what he is doing.

This guy is a dumbass, he banged more like punched)on our door early am, he's a [***]. We didn't answer the door because I'm a single mom with small children and I didn't know who it was. He left a calling card on my doorstep and knocked over stuff that was on my porch, (next time I'll call the police for destruction of property)some of it was laying in front of the door when we opened it, and some of it was kicked all the way over to the gate, (wish I had a pitbull) the stupid jerk. Don't call him from any phone you don't want him calling you back on and if you call the short man from your home, he has a computer in his truck that tells him your calling from your home and will return to bang on your door again...If you have a big dog, that would be a good time to let him out to take a leak..hopefully on the prick/process server/repo short man's syndrome..

This guy makes an unannounced visit at my apartment door inside a secured building.  I don't answer unannounced visits, anyway he slides a business card under my door from Legal Notices stating that a claim is being processed in the name of my deceased father and to call now before legal action is taken.  After he leaves the card he had the nerve to call me from the intercom at the front entrance.  What kind of jerk is this.

I got a business card too that stated "legal notices" front of card 866-652-0131 ext. 6849 back of card handwritten: David 760-613-5513.  Some one banged at my door and rang my door bell 3 nights ago and I called the police. I thought it may have been neighborhood kids, but tonight it happened again.  When I checked my door it had this card.  The scary part was that it had an ex-roommates/ stalkers name on it.

I received a card in my sons car window early this morning. The card is a solid white with no entity or symbols. It's printed WE ARE PROCESSING A CLAIM IN THE NAME OF: and then prints our last name underneath it says: Please call(866)652-0131 and underneath that it states a case# then handwritten number. I've tried calling the number several times this morning and no one picks up. I left a message for the receptionist but, no one ever calls or picks up. I contacted the Hesperia Sheriff dept. but they stated they havent heard anything of this type of activity.

I got the same identical card this morning with my ex-husbands name on it (surname). We have been divorced for over 10 years now!  Desperate individual!  Be careful!!

I rec'vd a "card" on my car this morning.  Strange.  I too, called the # and was routed to no one.  Oh well.  I am glad I have read these posts because now I know I can toss this card in the circular file!  Thank you!!

Looked in to the number and found this number actually goes to a Private investigation company out of Colorado. It does do work with a repo company in California. It is there way of gaining information to do further investigations to locate what ever they are looking for. This is for only a worry for people way behind on there bills and parranoid. Thay are not allowed to knock on your door after 9pm or before 7am.

Well, some of these posts are old but the guy is back...same story, leaves business card on door with case number.  When I called he asked my name and address which I did not give.  When I inquired what this card was in reference to he asked for me to call back "when I am back in my truck."  Yeah, I am jumping right on it! His number is 909.763.0162

His name is David Trujillo, and is from or near Mentone, CA. He claimed  to be a PI, which was a lie. I had my buddy, who is a real and licensed PI, do a check on his cell phone, which is 909-810-8272.

I made a report to BSIS in CA, in addition to a report to my local sheriff's dept. From what Mr. Trujillo said on the phone, he really has no clue as to what his boundaries are, but the next time he contacts me in any way, the sheriff's deputy will explain to him what they are. :)

I just received on of these cards on my car window this morning. It had a cell phone number 714-240-8260 and also has the standardard 866-652-0131. It reads:

WE ARE PROCESSING A CLAIM IN THE NAME OF: FINAL NOTICE
Please call 866-652-0131

It has a case number and the 714 number written below it.

We just got a card on our door this morning with the same phone numbers as you.  Very suspicious.  I am wondering if the case number was the same?  Anyway, since I do not have any outstanding bills I am not going to worry about it.  I may let the Orange County Sheriff know.

Same story today with the tacky card. Didn't see the truck. I am calling the local police. Truillo or whatever his name is is going to be back mowing lawns

Same story in Southern CA. Same man- short, short dark hair, Hispanic- came to my door today. I did not answer as I'm home alone with my two children. He knocked twice, peeked in my kitchen window, and sat around outside for a good 15 minutes. When he finally left- I watched him as he peeked around at our vehicle (we just bought off Craigslist) and then get into his black truck and drive off. Later I find his card on my doorstep. Same story...all white and says "We are processing a claim in the name of" with our last name on it. He hand scribbled "Important" and "Call Immediately" on front and back of card. His name is Mike and the numbers he left were (866)-892-9853 and (661)373-5821

Same description - short, white dark hair in a black pick-up truck with orange cones in the back.  Rang for quite some time .  My neighbor picked up his card which he peeled off the gate he stuck with black electrical tape.  It read same message i have been reading "We are processing a claim in the name of".  The number on his white card with no business name gave this # 866 892 9853 x 4762061 or call MIKE 661 373 5821 ASAP!

I received the exact dame information but i called back and was told that hr would call me back.
